This was our first stay with Quality Inn and we have no complaints and we’re satisfied with our stay

Breakfast was great and had great choices of breakfast items really satisfied

I wasn’t pleased at all with the room I had, what I seen online was not what I got I was very disappointed, I paid too m

Look like a whole lot of remodeling going on equipment was up high by vehicles

Too many small containers in the parking lot

Breakfast was ok

Bathroom door was destroyed looked like a warzone. Stains on the carpet. One mattress on the queen size bed felt like the springs were about to pop out.

Don’t stay here you won’t like it, feel cheated.

Nice add, but pure fiction.

Not much. Furnishing very old, carpet dirty. The breakfast was not edible, no seating. Over priced for a dilapidated motel.

It was ok. I wouldn’t stay there again, unless they update rooms & get new mattresses!

Close to all activities & breakfast was decent

The mattresses were very uncomfortable, my husband & I both had back aches. Mattresses definitely need to be replaced. Rooms need to be updated, old .

The pool was nice.

The furniture was pretty warn. The carpet was in poor condition. The elevator was pretty far from the room and we asked for a handicapped room. The bed was extremely hard. Sorry, just telling the truth.

Will never stay again and advise others to stay elsewhere.

Location was the only positive thing I can say about this trip.

The staff was like talking to a zombie. The room had actual black mold on the room pricing sheet in our room. The towels smelled fishy so I asked to have them exchanged, not only did I have to bring the dirty sheets down to the office but I was also walked across the building outside to the Landry room by the staff. Then she (the staff) asked a lady who didn’t work there which baskets were clean and which baskets were dirty towels. It was mediocre and severely unprofessional.

Awesome pool for kids & adults. Helpful staff & clean room.

We loved the pool!!!! It stays open late and it's great for the whole family. The staff were nice and friendly but hats off to the man who works the night shift. He helped and assisted me like no other and went above and beyond to meet my needs.

Room was clean except found a old crusty sippy cup under the bed in a spot you would have to get on your hands and knees to see. It happens.

food was horrible and we had the quality time in our door and they still cleaned our room and moved everything we were not happy about coke back to everything being moved

We liked the pool and breakfast.

The room was dirty. Our feet were black after walking around the room just for a little bit. The mattresses were awful. One was wavy and leaned on one side. It looked like a very heavy person laid there for years. We were worried about bedbugs.

Friendly professional service

Hotel outdated. Tube had stains. Room smelled musty. No elevators where the room was. There was damage and warning tape on side of balcony when we got up stairs to 2nd floor. Wanted to use pool but no privacy fence, pool next to roadside.

Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Asked for handicapped room but it had no walk in shower. Some holes in blanklet.

We were very pleased with location , staff and room. Would stay again.

Room was very convienent to park in front of. Staff was very nice. Room was clean and did not smell bad. Loved the fireplace. TV did not stay on cancel. Reception was bad.

Only thing is the bathroom light and fan switch are together and make a lot of noise. Should be seperated. So you could have a choice.
