It was close to my destination
My room smelled when I came in…like musty and damp. The sink was plugged and it was noisy.

Cute hotel, clean, and easy to get to.
Tried to go swimming with my daughter in the pool. One of the staff that lives on site was arguing with someone in the pool area. Didnt feel safe and obviously someone else didn’t feel safe either because the cops were called.

Breakfast wasn’t too great. Scrambled eggs were cold.
Vending machines are very misleading and deceptive. A bag of chips said $1.00 but after I paid with my debit card, it said $1.50. Same with soda. Doesn’t even tell you the price until after I already paid. I should be reimbursed or something but employees couldn’t do anything. I’ll attach pictures below showing discrepancy.

mostly loved it. most of the staff was great. the place was nice and convenient to our needs. the price was good.
The hot tub was broken the first night and that was a main reason we picked the place. Also all the staff was really great except a male staff was rude in his tone - like he didn’t want to be working and took it out on me. He thought I was breaking a rule I didn’t know about.

Maintenance of our room was neglected. Painting chipped and peeling, especially in the bathroom. Shower head was filthy, rusty, and didn't spray correctly. The room had a "wet dog" odor from lack of attention to cleanliness.

Room was a little dirty. Looked like someone spilled soda that wasn't wiped up on the night stand. Floor wasn't vacuumed under the table or edges of the room.
My view from the room was literally all roof of the building.

This place was clean and looked brand new. The pool was great. the staff was very helpful.
breakfast was only open until 10, we thought it was open until 10:30. This is the only complaint i have.
