Location is good. Room was clean.
Bathroom door did not close. No garbage container in the room. Coffee on site would have been nice and I believe it was advertised. I had a 20-minute wait for check-in at the kiosk because a softball team was checking in ahead of me. The rep on the kiosk seemed confused about my prepayment for the room. He kept asking me to sign the form to accept the rate. I had already accepted the rate when I prepaid. It concerned me that I would be charged a second time.

It didn’t look like the pictures provided. Not the cleanest room. Floor was sticky and AC didn’t work. Stains on blankets, towels, walls, and floor. No breakfast either. Sadly, not a satisfying stay but perfect for very last minute options.

The fridge was on the verge of having mold and was all rusted. The bedding had blood stains and cigarette burn holes in them. It took staff an hour to get me new bedding, and I then had to make the beds myself. Staff was completely rude and kicked us out of the pool. We had no towels to get out and had to wait 45 minutes for the towels after threatening to call a manager since the from desk worker refused to get us some. pool area was absolutely disgusting with chunks of hair everywhere as if they hadn't cleaned it in weeks.the hallways were filthy with food crumbs and trash over flowing every can. Worst hotel stay by far.

It was a place to sleep. Not worth price.
Un aware of $50 refubdable security deposit. Why is there one for a hotel room and not advertised either? Kiosk check in takes way too long, much easier to talk in person and sign papers. Bathrooms were dirty. At 930am room service came, knocked on door quick and then continued to open door before receiving response. I have never stayed somewhere that roomservice enters room on their own, it is complete invasion of privacy. I also left a pair of shorts behind, when called about it front desk checked with cleaners and claimed nothing was found. Would not recommend staying here.

It was close to what we were planning on doing.
The room had no moldings around the room. It looked like I n was in the middle of being fixed up. There was no cover over the door locking mechanism on the inside. There was an inch of dirt on top of the door plunger. There was a golfball size hole in the bathroom floor. The whole entire toilet moved! It wasn't bolted to the floor!!! The celing looked like it was in the middle of being fixed. The blanket and the bedspread had huge holes in them. The housekeeping staff started to come into my room not once but twice on the first day and once on the second and when I asked why they told me there paperwork showed I'd checked out. The coffee was the worst I've ever had. They advertise a restaurant attached to the property that doesn't exist. House keeping was friendly but the man at the front desk was not. Why have someone at the front desk if you have to check in and out by using a kiosk?? I didn't like using the kiosk. The pool was off limits when we first got in but opened up later in the night but the hottub remained under a tarp. The back door posts a sign that says the door is to remain closed at all times. This door was never closed from the time I arrived to the time I left. I realize it is being worked on but finish one thing before you go on to the next. Windows were so dirty you couldn't see out of them!

Recently renovated, near the interstate.
Bed bugs, check in process through a kiosk while a guy is sitting at the desk was absurdly long.

Nothing...
When my daughter and I arrived, we learned that the pool and the restaurant attached were under renovation. The first room we were given was already occupied, and the second room was missing outlet covers, baseboards, and the sheets and blankets had stains on it. Honestly, it resembled a porn site you would see on TV. We were moved to yet another room. This room was not only missing baseboards but didn't fix the wall where a light was. The floor was so dirty we didn't want to take our shoes off. The TV had 3, maybe 4 stations, Netflix was not connecting, so the guy came up and tried to fix it, and said that he would come back. I decided enough was enough and called and booked a room elsewhere. Come to find out, they have bed bugs!

Location
The property is under construction and a mess. the rooms have dust everywhere and if it’s an upgrade it’s minimal. Everything still looks straight out of the 80s. Doors didn’t open and close freely and the appliances didn’t work well.

Price and location were both good
The place is run-down and dirty. Not even coffee in the morning. We stayed there about a year ago and they were remodeling. Still in the same shape with no progress we could see. We figured all would be good, but no.
We won't be staying there again.

Closeness to Convention Hall, Hotel was dirty, no TV, moldy bread, no fruit for breakfast. Walls dirty and mold around bathtub and heater/air conditioner unit.
Hotel was dirty, no TV, moldy bread, no fruit for breakfast. Walls dirty and mold around bathtub and heater/air conditioner unit. Staff offered no resolution. Hotel is not suitable for people to stay here. Room next to us smelled and looked like hoarders lived there. Door to room was open at all times. Booked 2 double bed room, was put into a king room for I and my 40 year old daughter.

Easy access. I just needed a place to sleep and a hot shower. And I didn’t want to pay over a hundred dollars. So, if your just looking for a basic hotel, this is it.
Lots of bagged garbage out in the hallway, I don’t know what that was about. It seemed to be going through renovations. Did not eat breakfast there, so know nothing about that.

Uncomfortable the entire stay. Didn’t even stay the second night. Property said it was under construction. Problem wasn’t that it was under construction, problem was that it was disgustingly dirty. Tub was dirty. Some kind of smudge on the wall by the door. Food on the floor that wasn’t ours. It had a strange, unpleasant smell. Not a good experience.

Service was acceptable. Room was large.
The large room had only two lamps (no overhead lighting) and one of the lamps didn't work. There was not a single waste basket in the room, and not one chair. The TV did not work. Paint on the walls was peeling.

Good staff. Beer for sale in the lobby. Slot machines in the common area. poll was clean.
A lot of construction going on all over the hotel. We also got lost trying to leave.
There are 3 floors. We were on the third. Went down to the 1st floor it was like a maze. No exit. No one around. After much frustration we figured out that the 1st floor is actually the basement which was labeled floor 1. The main floor where the lobby is was the 2nd floor. Who knew. Why would I think I entered the hotel on the 2nd floor. Couldn’t tell there was a basement and I obviously didn’t pay attention to the fact that we were staying on the 3rd floor but only 2 story’s could be seen from the outside. I never paid attention to that. Big place basement or “1st” floor is The Shining kind of creepy. It will most likely look a lot better and less confusing navigation when remodeling is finished.
It was clean but the show and fixtures were old looking with multiple little things that need updating which made the bathroom look dirty.

Hotel was an absolute mess! In transition to new hotel. No heads up on transition! Old beds/furniture everywhere throughout hotel inside and out! Garbage/old food everywhere! Old toilet bowls/lids in hallways! Phone and hair dryer did not work! Smelled of smoke in room and throughout entire hotel!
It was absolutely disgusting! We would have left but there were no other rooms in the area!

Room was ok for price. Property was under construction, hall carpet was dirty and had difficulty checking in. Tv needed to be repaired also
