It was clean, pretty comfortable, the door didn’t work, and the staff was unprofessional.

It was a decent place to stay in the middle of nowhere.

The staff was very unprofessional and came off as rude when all we were trying to do was get a room when we were tired from driving all day and could barely stay up any longer.

It was a place to clean up and sleep

Breakfast was the best part.

Room smelled like smoke. Building is in need of repairs and upkeep. The gals checking us in had to go into the lobby to get the printout. No elevator. No hot tub

Underwhelming for the price. A hotel staffer should walk through the room before renting it out.

Location off of interstate. Decent breakfast.

Staples coming up in the carpet. Black out shades had something spilled on them and it was not cleaned off. Half of one black out shade was cut out and was missing so sun came right in at sunrise. Trash cans over flowing in hallway. Half of the usb plugs did not work.

Good place to stay if stopping through!

I was taking a road trip and it was right off the highway. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable! I was content.

Parking lot seemed to be lacking some security.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The lady helped me find silverware so we could eat our leftovers we brought to heat up. Having a fridge and microwave in the room was nice. The breakfast was ok and the half-sized yogurt cups were a perfect fit.

The highway could be heard from our room. There is no elevator and being seniors it was not easy to haul everything up/down stairs. It was a little pricey for the inconveniences.

Better than sleeping in my car.

Handy to I-80 but then we heard trucks all night.

Described as pet friendly but then charged extra. Just steps from an adult entertainment store, off-track betting facility, vape shop, and drive-in liquor store. Felt sketchy.

Great staff, nice place for the price of the room

Breakfast was great! Lots of hot options and the sausage and waffles were very tasty! Also, front office staff was friendly and efficient! The bed was very comfortable.

The room was a little dated, but clean. The shelf that was in the shower had fallen clean off the walls and we found it on the floor of the tub.

never staying at a comfort inn again.

the bed was filthy covered in hair and weird fuz when we got in there, the bath tub had weird stuff in it. possibly dirt. didn’t matter at first cause we had just drove 16 hours with an infant and a cat so we just wanted to sleep.

the staff was rude and not accommodating despite me staying active communicative with the front desk agents about our arrival time. they marked us as a no show despite the fact, charged us for that booking, charged us for another night at 3 am and made us leave at 12. I’ve worked at choice hotels before and typically it should have rolled over until the next night for check out.

Front desk lady gave us excellent info on outdoor walking trails in nearby Bear River Park

Treadmill in gym area was not functioning. Front desk lady was kind to try to get it going. She said maintenance staff would be there on Monday to fix it.

Great staff at check-in. Huge room. Very clean. Super comfortable bed. Lovely linen and comforter.

Disappointing

This hotel refused to allow my service dog into the room we had reserved,which was a 3 bed room because it was not a pet friendly room. My service dog is for detecting seizures and is legally allowed to go anywhere I go. I even showed them her service dog paperwork and a copy of the disability act laws. They forced us to take a king bed room with a sofa bed and a rollaway bed which were not very comfortable. I called their corporate offices but that doesn’t change the fact that I was put in a different room that really didn’t meet my needs. Beware of this hotel if you have a service dog. corporate was not much help either. Wish I could have left and gone to a different hotel but since I reserved through booking.com it was non refundable.
