Front desk staff said No rooms were available. So I went back to my car rented the room went back in an she was very rud

Terrible never book here!!!

It was all terrible. Staff was rude and not helpful. They make their guest change their bedding and don’t even provide correct sized sheets! Hotel was dirty. Staff was bad. Had to make my own bed with sheets they gave that were way to small!!!

Pleasant, clean and comfortable. Will stay again.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of choices, and the attendant made my granddaughter's day by "finding" some chocolate milk for her!

Traveling through Wyoming this was a cheap clean place to stay.

Nice, new, clean, modern hotel. Plenty of space to work or relax with a couch, multiple desks/counter areas, large flat screen tv… I liked that the floors are not carpeted, no chance for smelly mildewy carpets or allergies. The bathroom was nice also.

I loved the bathroom however there is no place to set your shampoo or soap in side the shower.

For the price, was acceptable for a quick overnight; will probably use again in spite of issues

The room was incredibly large and well laid out. The early-IKEA design look was practical and I like that look. Nice and quiet

The heating system was impossible to regulate. At 69 degrees, it blew cold air and at 70 it was too warm. Also, the toilet leaked. We decided there was a loose connection in the back because it was clean water. The most disturbing thing was one of the queen beds didn't appear to have its bedding changed. Eww.

Loved it! Wish there were more like them in other places.

No carpet in room, real blackout curtains. Fridge and microwave not in centre of room, off to the side by bathroom and in closed cabinet. Quiet. Very clean in room and hotel common areas. Luggage trolleys worked well, no wonky wheels making it hard to push. Loved that there was a movable table so my hubby and I could eat together. Usually in hotel rooms there is one little table with room (and only one chair) for one to sit. Lots of plugs for electronics. Wifi was really good

No ledge in walk-in shower for soap and shampoo, had to put it on the floor.

Our second room that we booked the AC was broken and the hotel was booked up so we had no other choice.

Appreciated special rate for a very comfortable stay

The king room that we had was totally functional for a one night stay like ours. Everything was up-to-date with convenient plug ins and USB ports. The shower was great with good stream and accessibility. The room was by no means luxurious but was quiet even with hardwood floors. Coffee maker worked fine, as did the mini fridge.

Didn't like the placement of the TV with relation to the bed or any other seating that would allow you to watch TV except on an angle. A bit hard to get to if you are looking for lodging close to I80

The location of the property was good.

Seemed like everything was messed up. The curtains were broken and I asked if there was a way to get it fixed (for privacy) and nothing was offered but a remote? One of the elevators didn’t work and during check out another customer came up and said their air didn’t work all night and they were just given a “sorry”. One of the men workers (must be some kind of manager) was no help at all when asked a question about charges and accounts and said “we have no control of that but I’ll go get someone else”. When his manager came back she fixed our problem within 2 minutes so I felt like he didn’t want to help and everything seemed like a joke to him.

Cold, filthy hallways, staff knowledge was minimum at best

Air conditioning could not be regulated by the thermostat and no one could get it fixed. Electronic door lock kept us out for two joes and no one at the fro t desk could assist us and had to get someone to come in.

Great staff, clean facility.

A/C unit would not respond to thermostat. Room was 55* and fan would not shut off. Heater did not work. Breakfast was terrible! Cheap food. Instant eggs, still frozen hash browns , thinnest bacon I've ever seen. We had to go out for breakfast. Not a $330/night hotel.

Nice and clean

The price was ridiculously high for the location and we didn't like the fact that the floors were hard and the bathtub had no grab handles. I was traveling with my 90 year old father and it was unsafe for him.

It was okay.

Bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was not very good first day. The egg and cheese omelette was hard as a rock. The bathroom sink would either run just hot water or just cold water. Strange.

Nice hotel, needs a little help.

The hotel has a great front desk area. Upon coming to our room, I pulled the blankets back as I always do. There was a dead bug on the sheets. I called down to have a worker bring clean sheets up. She commented they were too busy. So I went down to get them. I tried to put the sheets on, they were the wrong size. I called back down and someone brought clean sheets in the correct size. Our AC is only blew like a fan, it isn’t cool at all.

Not sure I’d stay at this property again.

The rooms are a nice size.

Because there’s no carpet the room echoes and the floors were very sticky, their staff didn’t show up any morning for breakfast so we ended up having to go out and pay for breakfast at a restaurant. There is absolutely no soundproof of the rooms at all! We heard both our neighbors and those above us all night which was very loud. The door had so much light coming under it, I had to get a towel and lay in front of the door the second night.

Clean.

Uncomfortable seating. Cannot control temperature on unit nor wall. Breakfast utensils and coffee cups were out. Beds uncomfortable. No place to hang clothes.

Nice quiet location.

Room was nice size. Television worked well. Bed was comfortable.

Checking in on the weekend was verbally told breakfast 6 to nine. On the key was written 6 to 9. Got up for 6 o’clock breakfast and was told weekends was 7. Couldn’t wait an hour, so headed out.
