Nice location

Convenient location, right next door to Golden Corral restaurant.

Since it is conveniently located near the highway, there is some traffic noise to consider. With the AC running and masking the sounds, it wasn't much of an issue.

Amazing Staff - Hotel Not so Much (Pics make the Property look WAY better than it is)

The amazing staff at the Best Western Conway make this property better than it actually is! Bravo to eve front desk especially!

I don’t prefer outside entries into hotels and it’s sandwiched between the Golden Corral and Waffle House. My room smelled ok when I entered, but soon after reeked of smoke. It just didn’t seem clean. I removed bedspread, etc. Maybe because I travel with my dog. Seems “pet” rooms are the worst even with $30 per night fees.

Nice, comfortable, clean room!

Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, and we liked how there was a “separate” sitting area.

Had a great visit with family that meet us there

The breakfast was great the staff very helpful and courteous location good could walk to restaurant pool very clean

Best hotel stay

My favorite was the free hot breakfast and how nice the staff was.

It's no fault to the staff or hotel, but my back was not used to the type of bed in my room so my back was hurting when I would lay on the bed and then try to get up.

Overall very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Very clean and I would recomend.

Our room was very clean and breakfast was delicious. Very good choices. The sausage and eggs were good. Just one suggestion, add salsa packets to condiments please.

Our bed was a little harder than I prefer and our air conditioner didn't blow very hard and definitely not as cold as we wanted it. But it was very hot outside when we stayed. The second night we had to use our fan to stay cool enough.

Very good

The room was clean and comfortable however after a few minutes you could smell cigarette smoke. There was a clean ashtray on the table. Ask for a non-smoking room.

Nice price, but prefer an inside entrance.

The desk clerk was very nice. The hotel was easy to get to. I think I chose it for the price and was expecting Best Western to have inside entrances to the room, but that is my fault for not looking more closely. It turned out fine, although the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

I didn't look at the property very closely to see that the entrance was to the parking lot. I wish that was listed instead of us trying to figure it out. I like to stay where you go inside to get to your room, not park in front of your room. That is not the property's fault, but maybe list it? I remember the bed being very uncomfortable.

We had a pleasant stay, and appreciated the clean, easily accessible room❣️

We couldn’t get up in time for breakfast but it sounded good 🥴 The location was on a very busy street, but close to lots of places that we wanted to shop at, so very convenient 😊

The blanket and bedspread were rough textured and not comfortable, so I bought a soft blanket to use there, but the room was clean and functional ❣️

It was convenient location for travel route

Room seemed to need updates linens didn't feel fresh. Bathroom could use attention to cleaning and caulking.
