I was comfortable and felt safe

I liked the food and drinks and how long the kitchen was open. I also liked the shuttle to and from the airport it was very convenient.

I didn't like the carpet in the room most Alofts I have stayed at didn't have carpet. I also felt like for the price more than cookies should be complementary like free continental breakfast or two free happy hour drinks

I only stayed for one night but the manager Eddie was a great help with my check in process. He took his time helping me

The cleanliness of the property was overall exceptional. And the staff were friendly as well. I would definitely book here again. The location was close to the airport and I must admit the blackout shades were true to their color. I swear I couldn’t tell what time of the day it was until I lifted the shade up which was a major plus!!!

Lindo Hotel Pésimo servicio al cliente

Las intalaciones so. Agradables y la habitación está limpia, la cama tiene buen tamaño y las luces están bien ubicadas para poder descansar.

La atención al cliente fue deficiente, a pesar de que desde el primer día, pedí al alojamiento en persona y por la. Aplicación ayuda para cambiar una noche de la reserva, y después de decirme que si se podía,dieron marcha atrás y se quedaron con más de 283 dólares de mi dinero por una noche que pague y no utilize. Por más que intente conciliar me ofrecieron un descuento ridículo en una noche adicional cuando lo único que tenían que hacer era mover la noche.

La ubicación es muy buena para quien tiene que volar desde el aeropuerto de La Guardia (por supuesto nunca lo recomendaría para visitar NY!) el servicio de traslado del hotel al aeropuerto, funciona muy bien. La cama es muy cómoda. El hotel es muy básico y el precio, aunque estemos en NY, es excesivamente caro para lo que ofrece; el gel de ducha, escaso, las toallas, pequeñas, no hay gorro de ducha, etc. Hay una pequeña cafetera (inestable y de mala calidad) y dos cápsulas de café, dos de té y poco más. No hay tazas, solo dos vasos de usar y tirar . Creo que con 285€ que se paga por una noche, podrían tratar un poco mejor al cliente!

Faltaban muchos detalles. El personal de recepción no destacaba por su amabilidad. Muy caro para lo que ofrece.

Highly recommend if you need a place to stay near the airport.

Large, clean room. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent transport service to La Guardia airport which is a mere few minutes away. Food was good. We went into Manhattan easily from the hotel.

The only downside was that there were no coffee sachets in our room. I didn't notice until I wanted a coffee at 3am. Apart from that, no complaints.

After we checked in, we discovered that our room was effectively in the parking lot with people standing right beside our window. We asked to change rooms and were told that this was not possible because we booked through a third party. We asked for a refund so that we could stay elsewhere and were again told that this was not possible because we booked through a third party. Also a very strong smell of cleaning products in the lobby and in our room. Interactions with staff were not very pleasant given the aforementioned problems.
