Very good

Prior to booking I had never been there in that area. When I got there i was a little nervous. The outside of the building looked a little sketchy but once I got into my room I was really floored. I thought it looked so comfy and cozy! It was inviting to me!! I loved the bed! Usually It is very hard for me to actually fall asleep in hotels but once my head hit the pillow in that bed I fell asleep and stayed asleep. I'm looking forward to my next visit!!! Thank you Econo Lodge Shorewood, hope to see you soon!!!!!!

NO ELEVATOR!!! ITS VERY CUMBERSOME TRYING TO GET YOUR LUGGAGE UP THOSE STAIRS!!! THERE COULD BE A RAMP BUILT . JUST TO MAKE SURE ITS EASIER FOR PEOPLE WITH HEAVY BAGS. JUST A SUGGESTION!!

Parking lot was big enough to accommodate for my truck with a trailer.

It had roaches.

The bed lien had moth holes and I was afraid to sleep under the covers.

Very little, but as the old saying goes. You get what you pay for!

There were flying insects, and I was not sure if bed bus were there.

Location

The toilet and sink wasnt working properly instead of moving us the front desk had the maintenance man come for about an hour and half way fix the issue . The room phones didnt ring the front desk. When I called the front desk from my cell to ask for a remote the young lady answered said hello econolodge we have no rooms available and hung up in my face , i didnt get one word out. I went to front desk to complain and the young lady was on her phone and wasnt paying attention or professional and stated it wasnt her who hung up but was the after hours call service.

I did not do the breakfast. The A/C worked well, and the room was clean.

The walkway was rough and uneven, and rhere was no elevator.

Clean, safe, budget lodging. Pet friendly. Easy access off I-55.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of outdoor space to safely walk my dog.

Blow dryer didn't work.
