Great. Will return if in the area!

Staff was friendly and breakfast was fresh.

Staff alerting a citizen that a person was staying there after the staff refused to tell them, staff gave in and told the citizen they would call the room since they were booked. Huge safety issue for not only the person who I booked, but the staff and other guests.

Very dirty with unprofessional staff.

Well from the photos the room looked nice and relaxing and the pool hours are nice.. but pictures can be deceiving !

When we got to the hotel our room was still dirty so I called and they transferred us to another room and when we walked into that one it was also dirty ! So we ended up at a cheap hotel waiting for our $335 refund!! It took us to talk to not one employee but two for us to finally get the manager to get ahold of us and refunded our money. Was very disappointed because this was just and random trip I did for my kids to go swim and relax while on Christmas break from school but ended up at a terrible $39 dollar a night hotel! Smh Hire better housekeeping OR hire a better HEAD housekeeper that’s check after the rooms are cleaned.

Would not recommend. Very dated, old and rooms uncomfortable.

Location.

Our room was supposed to be handicap accessible, it was not. GM said he didn’t have a room that was. Room backed up to mechanical room and was noisy all night. GM was not interested in adjusting our rate.

The room was so dirty we had to change our first room. The other seemed rather ckean bıt smelled awful. I had to stay a week, housekeeping only changed towels.

Everything was perfect but when housekeepers are trying to get with your significant other thats when i take my money so

Superb

Bed was comfortable and well made, nice location, close to airport, gas station, and food.

Housekeeper opened my door without knocking 8am on my check out day, even when do not disturb label was on the door, so disrespectful, check out is 12 pm please allow your clients to get rest. Carpet is old, ceiling is cracked in the bathroom.

Nice location and facilities.

Was not given the room I booked on Booking.com. 4 people with only 1 bed. Was double charged and still haven't gotten refund. Was told there was nothing they could do, but when WE suggested at least rollaway beds, he said " oh yeah". Worst service I've ever had thru Bookking.com. Still waiting on refund of 190.00.

It was a pleasant experience

Breakfast didn’t start til 7 on Saturday morning but they made it ready for us since we had to be at baseball field at 7am.

Overall I had a pleasant experience.

Staff was nice. Suite was what I expected and breakfast was good.

There was chips under my mattress housekeeping need to do better at cleaning.

The facility was very clean

The back door was broken and did not lock so you did not need a key card to enter the premises. This was a safety concern we had and should be addressed and taken care of

The bathtub stopper was broken, the toilet wouldn’t flush and the heat and Air conditioner would only blow out cold air.

Very good

Friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. Breakfast until 10:30am on the weekend.

Limited hot breakfast and ran out by 9am on Sunday and did not refill. Beds are a little hard and recommend larger pillows.
