Ottima residenza sicuramente consigliata

Staff molto cortese ed efficiente. Stanze ampie, luminose e pulite. Ampio parcheggio e posizione molto buona vicino a Naperville, alla Route 59 ed alla via per Chicago. Buona la colazione

The total comfort and relaxation especially after a hectic day and try and enjoy the nightlife on a weekend Nothing Better then to come back to a relaxing soothing atmosphere that I truly enjoy in life

It was disappointing.

It is fairly close to the tollway I88, thus convenient. The breakfast was simple but reasonable: slightly fried potato cubes, bacon or sausage, scrambled egg or hard-boiled eggs, chopped fruits or apples/oranges/bananas, orange juice/apple cider, bread/bagel/cup cake/waffle, milk, cereal, and yogurt. There was coffee/tea/water as well.

The tiles near the shower area were loosen. Water could leak out easily even after closing the door as tight as I could; as a result, the floor was wet after taking a shower. My room was cleaned and made every other days. Furthermore, the maid(s) did not clear the waste basket. Another annoyance was that the lift was very slow. Worse, the dining tables appeared not cleaned daily. The acoustic insulation of the building was poor. The free wifi in my room could be unstable from time to time; my connection got dropped a couple of time during my Zoom meetings.

Nice roomy accommodations but for the price and this hotel chain, I have higher expectations.

It was close to where we needed to be. The room is a nice size with a nice kitchen with a full fridge, stovetop and microwave which we really didn’t need but could be handy for a longer stay. It has a pool for the kids to play in.

Upon check in, the front desk lady ramble off all the time of all the things we needed such as breakfast time, pool time, wifi info and such. Nothing was written down. I didn’t bother to ask thinking I can look at the information in the room as everywhere else. Well, there was no informational binder in the room. Having an informational binder would have been nice so we don’t have to keep asking the front desk. Breakfast was just OK. For the price, I would have expected better.

4.) just did not feel welcome by some staff and the breakfast was terrible

pool was adequate. Night staff-Kayla? - she was wonderful; day staff/ African American woman, short Bob haircut- lovely and pleasant; another after noon staff, African American man, larger Afro- pleasant and friendly. housekeeping staff friendly and pleasant.

1.) breakfast was not good-did not taste good and fresh melon was tart and old; tater tots were rubbery; overall breakfast just not good. 2.) some staff were not helpful-we went swimming on Saturday 3/12 and another family was blasting music at the pool, and no one told them to turn it down. 3.) evening staff - Caucasian women were not friendly, one woman had tight braids, another had long long dark hair.

We are going back to the a Naperville area soon, and we'll certainly use this hotel when we do.

Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I can remember having. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and of great value.

The only downfall was the construction being done to the building, but I hardly blame the hotel for that. It was only a very minor inconvenience.

Besides the issue with the couch,everything else was great.

Enjoyed it! Nice manager, good breakfast, and so enjoy taking my dog with me when traveling.

I liked the bedroom with closed door but I didn't want to wake up family member to walk through to use the bathroom, so went to the lobby. I'm not sure if all rooms are like this.

A high chair in dining area would be nice.
