The pool is the main reason I booked this hotel. We stayed 25 minutes away from the people we were visiting just because the kids liked this hotel. To say they were disappointed is an under statement. I get that stuff happens, but a phone call would have been nice, so we could have tried to find another place.

Beds were old and mushy

We like the quiet location of the hotel. The junior suite was spacious and the hot breakfast is nice.
We had stayed in February and saw the indoor/outdoor pool. This was a reason we booked this location for the hot Labor Day weekend weather. We were highly disappointed that the pool had been closed for 2 months. It would have been nice to know about an ongoing/known issue. Our room had wires hanging from a missing smoke alarm. The pullout bed frame was complete junk. We ended up putting the mattress on the floor. The room had other minor damage such as a ripped chair and lamp shade.

Breakfast was good, and location was key

Very clean. Family reunion and we had places there where we could be together and play games etc
Pool was down for maintenance but that’s nobody’s fault..just a bummer. A discount wudda been nice as the pool was a big part of why we picked this hotel

The bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. They had breakfast available, but we didn't have it, so I'm not sure.
The pool was closed for repair (and had been for awhile) so we should've been notified ahead of time. The room smelled weird, like musty. My husband pulled out the air vent filters, and they were filthy. He had to wash them out.

We loved the location, the room, the staff from the front desk to the bartender that really made our night.. Great Experience
I really have no complaints except we asked if we could push tables together and were offered a conference room which were then told it was 200 extra. We stayed in the bar and had a great time

That the rules for children in the pool area past 10 wasn't enforced. Nor the children under 14 rule in hot tub

Gr8 staff, friendly welcoming👍 accommodating. I was a smile always an answer:-).. plan on spending several more days in the future at Stoney Creek Hotel. Great location! Quick access to access to local disc golf courses and beauty of the area. Hope to be back in August for our PDGA tour👍✔
I can be a pretty picky guy, really insanely particular on occasion. The manager makes. An immediate and positive impression. If I could clone him and his attitude I could rule the world. All staff very courteous and helpful knew it was going to be a great stay! I can't discount any part of my stay at Stoney Creek, the place ain't perfect it's 17 years old, but WE had a perfect stay. Congratulations to the staff and management 14000 cars:-)
