Pleasant

The ac worked well, the room was very clean.

I think the area isn't the best since all snacks, coffee, etc were behind a plexiglas glass wndow with the hotel staff, like perhaps they'd experienced theft. It's an older building that has had some cosmetic upgrades. The ac was off on entry so it took a while for the room to cool down- once it did it was fine. The blanket was a bit small for a couple to share comfortably.

Fabulous plus tax!

The room was clean, everything was as it should be, the location was ideal! There was even room service, I was impressed, check in and out was smooth. Really loved it and will be back!

There is a sound that goes off like a transistor radio or water heater intermittently. It made falling asleep challenging. Other than this and the proximity to traffic noise, this place was fabulous.

Decent stay for the price and location but the cleaning staff needs to ensure the floor is mopped.

Check-in was very simple. Bed was comfortable. Ac kept the room cool

The floor was not clean and our feet became black after a few minutes of walking barefoot on it. Almost all the drawers were bolted shut and thus unusable for some reason. No clothes hangers were provided making the tiny corner for hanging clothes useless.

I didn’t like the fact that it was a family of three and they only gave us two towels. When asked if I could get more towels, I was told that I would have to pay for another stay just to get more towels.

Bad

Blankets had stains on them. No shower towels. Place smelled. Doors unlocking and locking by themselves every couple minutes. Did not feel safe at all. Only thing keeping people from entering was chain lock.

Room was comfortable but the distance from Chicago city centre was too far.

if you are visiting the hospital it is perfect but if it’s for visiting Chicago it is way too far away

Very good

The room was clean and presentable and the newer look to the room was very nice. We had clean towels and toiletries everyday as needed.

For a budget stay under 100$ a night it is good to go

The room is pretty spacious and comfortable, the location is 30 minutes from downtown (20$~25$ uber)

Even for a no-smoke room, still, the smell was awful.

very afford, close to good food, the highway, gas stations, liquor stores. the staff was so friendly and the bed was com

lots of parking and I’m a fan of opening the room door and going right outside. There’a a great Chicago deep dish pizza place a few minutes walk called Beggars Pizza.

I didn’t dislike anything so do speak, I did find it wasn’t as clean as say a 5 star place but it wasn’t something I worried about.
