My stay at this facility was terrible!!! I AM REQUESTING A FULL REFUND!@

THERE WASN'T A BREAKFAST BAR. ONLY COFFEE!! NO FITNESS AREA!!

It took the attendant 4 different rooms before I was able to find a decent room. Room # 1 - keys didn't work. Room # 2 - No microwave and no fridge. Room # 3 - Filthy room! Fridge was filthy! Bathroom was filthy! Room # 4 - Decent Room. However, it was well into the night and I'd driven 5 hours and I was tired! After I got my cleaning products out to clean the bathroom, it was then that I noticed that the room wasn't really clean and the floors hadn't been mopped at all. My make-shift mop was filthy as hell! The wall had a big hole in it! By the time that I cleaned that room, I was too tired to argue and too tired to drive any where else! I took pictures and upon checking out, I informed the desk clerk that their cleaning staff needs to be retrained or fired!!@

Colin the young man at the desk did such a phenomenal job with helping me I really appreciate him.

Every was great I just didn’t have a tv remote and I did let the receptionist know that there wasn’t one in there and told me it was no problem so that was good. I didn’t want to get charged for something that was me.

Didn’t like that the water pressure was low when I wanted to shower and a little dusty on the head boards but other then that everything else was excellent

The bathroom sink was leaking, and they put a towel around the leak and on the floor. My children were there to take my granddaughter to the children's hospital for surgery, so it wasn't the cleanest. But I got what i paid for.

The room was fairly quiet and clean.

The location and price were good.

We had to ask for a towel and a wash cloth. There were onlyb2 bath towels and 1 hand towel in the room for 2 adults.

overnight , eventful, staff was helpful and did what she could.

i didnt , it is old and unkept. toilet was broken and not fixed to the wall, water took too long to get hot. the bed was comfortable and you do provide good pillows

It was a garbage stay would not recommend.

Nothing. There is not a thing to recommend this location.

It was nasty and not safe! You had to prop a chair up to the door to feel a tad bit safe. This felt like a no tell motel.

It was mediocre at best....

Location

Everything else.... Especially the bed! It was hard and so uncomfortable.... My back is still hurting.... When I paid the deposit they charged me $54.98 but only refunded $50 upon checkout.... Not sure why.....
