Bookings.com and Bed Bugs

The rooms had broken furniture and Bed Bugs. Never staying again. Only thing worse than the rooms was Bookings.com way of handling things. They kept my money and told I was S.O.L.

Booked a room with a fridge and fireplace didn't have either. The TV and WiFi didn't work, only 2 towels, bed made loud thump when you got off of it, plus big metal post sticking out of the bottom of the bed. The police and ambulance there for what looked like a strung out lady with her hands messed up. Just not a good experience.

Most disgusting hotel ever.

Right off the highway. Lots of rooms. Beds were clean.

Didnt even stay 10 minutes. Uninhabitable. Roaches and roach droppings all over the place. Bathroom was so dirty, the toilet seat fell off. Clearly hasnt been cleaned besides the beds.

Staff was very friendly. Great location and price.

Gross. The nonsmoking room smelled like an ashtray. My feet were so dirty after walking barefoot for an hour. The smell woke me during the night so i febrezed the place since i paid for 2 nights. Wish i had more money to leave.

Didnt even stay just left and went to a friends house like 30 minutes away

Everything. Sheets had dirt under them, there was food under mattress, tub was dirty, floor was sticky, dead bug on wall, not all the lights turned on.

Room wasn't clean, the bathroom was nasty bugs in the bath tub, bathroom door was broke with a hole in it, only outlets that work was on the lamp and the one the refrigerator was plugged into. Needle caps on the sidewalk. Towels snelled like fish. Only 2 towels and a wash cloth for 3 people. Pool was dirty. No towels. Had to go to target to buy towels and wash clothes for our stay.

Only thing decent about the facility was the staff

The pictures did not match the room sheets was dirty bed was not properly made there was a bedbug on the mattress the prices was high for one night they false advertise what they said on the website rooms looked like a landlord special

This place should be condemned and I have pictures to prove it

There was absolutely nothing to like about this place. It was the worst cheap hotel experience I've ever had. That place should be condemned and I've stayed in some cheap hotels before. Never seen anything this bad!!! If it wouldn't have been for my dog getting an expensive procedure done at a vet there I would have moved to a different place but I was on a tight budget!!! Smh I trusted these pictures on this app and that was wrong!

From walking in the front door until leaving the property and every part of this experience was terrible. Lights didn't work, damage to the walls, dirty walls and surfaces,, filthy bathroom with tore up floor and disgusting toilet.A horribly disgusting room!!. Office personnel was absolutely unprofessional. A man claiming to be a security guard came and tried to put me out of my room on our second night that I paid for in advance @ 10 pm!!!!! When I say I was terrorized by the stay at this place, that is pretty much how it sums it up. This was the most awful of awful possibly out there. Not one picture on this app's ad is what that place looks like. Unless you love dirty filth, do not stay at this place!!!
