Maybe advertise it as a haunted hotel

The soft water in the showers however the tubs could use some grippy mats so they are less slippery

The beds could use some updating even 2 inches of memory foam on top of those mattresses made it possible to sleep on. The tubs need mats the pool needs to be fixed and add a hot tub .

Everything except breakfast prize.

Buffet breakfast is priced 16$ per person, and they are offering scrambled eggs, bagels, and something else, I didn’t try to remember. But, nobody force you to buy it, I personally think it is overpriced, again whole impression about hotel is very positive

The location.

The bed was not great, the bathroom door needs oil...woke me up every time my husband went to use it. No soap. No microwave, cobwebs around the heater.

It was only one night, so it was fine.

Location

The bed was too noisy, every time we moved during the night we woke up with the noise. (One of the lamps were not working, but that was not that bad)

Location of the hotel.

I called before booking 6 nights to confirm the pool was open for my children to use. Staff said it was open and ready for to use. This was not the case only able to use the pool 2 of the 6 days

Room was clean. Night time manager was very pleasant

Pool was cold and paid for breakfast but the restaurant is closed so nothing for my family… never reimbursed because I booked through a third party
