Fair for the price

Beds were very comfortable with plenty of bedding and great pillows. More affordable than most

they have indefinitely closed down pool end continental breakfast that is advertised with the use of Covid for the reason. And the parking lot is very small so cannot take anything more than a small car in there. Street parking is available but limited.

Won’t be back

location was the only thing half good about this place.

the pool/hot tub/ steam sauna were unavailable. The carpet was filthy. the linens were had stains on them, the parking lot is too small and had an RV parked in it and there were sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot.

its fine, not too shabby, not wonderful but meets your needs without being yucky. and good price.

it was just a quick stay, didn't get to enjoy anything or check anything out but it met our needs. nothing fancy and a good price. It was a quick and easy check in. it was fine. McDonalds is close.

A bit disappointing.

It was close to where I was visiting. It allowed pets. Staff was friendly and helpful.

They did not clean and make up rooms our entire stay. Nor did they tell us this when we checked in. We came back to the room late the next day and had to ask for more towels because of this. The lack of service is blamed on Covid but they should be up front. There was no breakfast included so they should remove this from their website. I don't mind a daily pet fee but if they are not making up the room what is it for. One night they had a little girl running from the office down the hallways squealing and laughing until 10 pm. She was some relative. Of the person working I the office and they should of stopped her.

Water seeped out of shower onto the floor... Had water throughout the bathroom.. Room had a strong smell and hard to breathe due to smell.

Nothing went well! We arrived at 10:30 p.m. only to be told we had no reservation! I proceeded to show him my booking confirmation, but he said, no reservation was found. He offered no help what so ever. He told me there were only 2 people working, and that all the rooms were sitting dirty. We were extremely frustrated, had to find another place that late at night. Needless to say, we will never book with Shilo again.

The parking. And the drug deal going on in the parking lot. And i called to see if the pool was up and running. And when i got there. It clearly was not.

Staff was courteous and friendly. A light fixture was not working and the maintenance person fixed it. Good location easy to get around

Not our ideal hotel

We were never informed that there was no maid service. The shower didn't drain and had mold on the wall. The parking lot is very small and tight to get in and out of a spot.

Absolutely disgusting and a waste of time and money.

nothing it was absolutely disgusting. It was nothing like was advertised gross.

The hotel charged us three times when we only should have been charged for one. The room was filthy covered in old puke and dirt. The beds were broken god knows when the sheets were washed. For a non smoking hotel it was subpar.The staff were complete idiots who wouldn’t know how to work in a hotel if they tried. The lady checking us in deleted our whole reservation just because she didn’t read a fine print saying we had paid online thus having us being charged TWO MORE TIMES.
