Location, front desk was great. My meal on deck was not good. I got hummus tray. Carrots were slimy and rubbery. I ate only the pita bread and the cucumbers.
Food on outside deck. OUR FRIDGE IN OUR ROOM DID NOT WORK. WARM.

Everything was clean and neat. Staff was helpful.
We were not told that we could not utilize the back of the resort to enjoy the bay. They had construction going on. Had to drive down the road to enjoy the bay. Very disappointed!!

We enjoyed the room, view, great food and peaceful environment. The commute was perfect too. We were looking for a quiet staycation getaway by the water to escape the congested city and we found it!
The room was clean but it smelled like smoke despite the no smoking signs. The room could also use a little TLC. We were disappointed that the indoor pool was unavailable. That was one of the reasons for selecting the location. We also didn't realize our view would be facing a construction site. It wasn't too loud for us so we worked through it. Although it's not very pleasant now, I'm sure it will be beautiful when it's complete. Hopefully, we'll get the opportunity to get the same view when they're done.

The location is nice and once all of the construction is over it should be really nice.
This Resort needs a lot of help in the hospitality department. The Restaurant that’s right off the lobby was horrendous. Couldn’t even get it taken off the bill since there was no manager on duty just a bunch of kids 19 & under running things. Took over an hour to get our food after having to order twice and there were only two other tables with people at them. Also, the rooms felt so damp. Damp to the point the beds was just uncomfortable because you felt damp.

I didn't like the fact that my room cost more though booking. Com then my sister room she got through the hotel itself and she had a better room.

We could not get breakfast in the morning. We had our grandchildren, 6 and 3, with us and breakfast was available at the Tavern but you have be 21 to go in. I spoke to a waitress and was informed there is only 1 table that they seat families at with children located in the adjacent restaurant so our only option was to wait until the family that had just sat down were done.

Nice & quiet, beautiful view, assuming they are making renovations to the rooms. Bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. They have been shaving down door but it just needs to be rehung. Balcony door wouldn’t lock, my boyfriend fixed. Beds extremely comfortable, beautiful views from our balcony, everything right there. 1936 Bar & Grill food was horrible, we did request Mgr who was a very young girl. We are going to go back twice a year. One hour from our house. One desk clerk not friendly with no communication skills.

clean & comfortable
booked king bed with pull-out sofa, when we arrived there was no sofa, just a chair. Front desk said they didn’t know why sofa wasn’t there, that it should be. They had another room available, but wanted to charge quite a bit more to move us. When I requested to speak with a supervisor I was told by the lady desk clerk that he was not available. When I asked to speak to whoever was supervising her at the time, I was told she would put me through to him. When his phone answered it went straight to voicemail & before I could even let my name, it cut me off. When I told the lady desk clerk what happened she said, “well, he’s on vacation & I’m in charge”. After over an hour back & forth with booking.com & desk clerk we managed to get a room with 2 queens for quite a bit more than we originally had paid, but it was evening & we needed a room. When I asked her where we could park our vehicle that included a small boat we were towing, she said, “in the parking garage”. That was totally impossible & security told us, “absolutely NOT” & directed us to their marina on the other side of the road. The desk clerk was so rude throughout this whole ordeal.
