Ready to try again!

Room was awesome, clean, good value for cost. Store nice. Food options nearby great. Despite a bad issue for pick up and check in staff you could tell were good people. Property seemed well kept.

One elevator was out so walked all way around to get to room. Cable very limited. Outage at property caused us to wait an hour for shuttle and manually check into room. We missed chance to use pool as a result and very upset for the price we wanted the pool but it was “tough”, would have appreciated discount or more empathy. I would try again to see how pick up runs and maybe make this our go to layover hotel, seems worth the price if shuttle executes well.

Great family room near Phoenix Airport.

spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent, especially the young man at the reception.

Plastic cutlery. Sofa bed was not made.

Very Clean and updated hotel with lots of nice amenities and friendly staff.

This hotel is newer and in great shape. The staff were very nice and they had a shuttle to pick us up at the airport or drive us to dinner. The bed was fabulous.

It was high season, and the cost for a businesl type hotel like this was super high. I could not believe it - in fairness to the hotel it was in line with the other hotels.

Will not stay here again.

The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious.

We did not have hot water for 48 hours and had to change rooms. The breakfast is terrible. The rooms are clean, but the rest of the hotel is dirty.

This hotel has been one of the better choices for an overnight, before heading to the airport.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The overall facility suited our needs and was relaxing. The shuttle service was perfect; efficient and took us to the airport in good order.

When we arrived in the room after 18:00, the dishwasher was running and was very annoying. Even so, there were still filthy items in the kitchen silverware drawer.

Great place to stay .. Poor breakfast

The suite was big modern clean and nicely decorated and equipped.

Breakfast was very poor. Tasteless limited variety, lukewarm "hot" drinks, stale breads and bagels, etc. One very unfriendly person in charge of breakfast .. may be overworked .. but that and the quality of food made for a very unpleasant breakfast experience (for 3 days!!!)

This is close to the airport with good shuttle service. Far from the downtown and convention center. terrible breakfast.
