We didn't have breakfast.
The room was disgusting sorry, but it was. The bathroom tile was so stained we put towels down. It's LINOLEUM...how much can that cost to replace. We didn't want to touch the floor. When we took showers...thought the plumbing was literally going to come out of the wall. The door jamb in the bathroom from about 8 - 10 Inches from floor looked kind of like a mini murder scene. Ever hear of paint!!! We have never left a review in our lives like this...I usually blow it off, but this was sooooooo bad, I couldn't let it go. I would be embarrassed to work there.

The night desk person was rude very unprofessional. The hallway smelled like cigarettes. Our room was a non smoking room but the covers and sheets had cigarette burns all in them. We had no towels in our room had to go ask for them and got 2 towels for 4 people. The rooms are not cleaned good at all very dirty.

the price was good for the whole weekend.
the pictures online were deceptive. it looked nothing like the pics. the staff were very unprofessional. I have a family of five, my husband and I came to travel with our three kids and they put our family on the door where all the partying goes on, there were people smoking drugs and we smelled it the entire time from our room.

It is nice that they offer breakfast, although we left early and did not try it. We like staying in Valdosta, we like that they allow pets with a small deposit.
The whole place was very dirty, there were cigarette burns in the bedsheets, the pillows were tiny throw pillows, everything smelled and our child found an unused condom on the dinette set. They have also double charged my card for the pet deposit.

The hotel was clean for the most part and nice price for the night.
Didn't like the over night guy coming to the room banging on the door so hard and loud. He woke up my 4 year old son that has ADHD and he couldn't go back to sleep.

Comfortable beds, quiet, and very clean!
There were no eggs for breakfast or turkey sausages. They had no sugar free syrup for the waffles.

The staff was nice and the bed was comfortable.
The couch in the room was in poor condition. The light in the bathroom was dim and at times didn't want to come on at all.

Had a problem with the remote and had to call the front desk for assistance he came with another gentleman into the room to fix the remote after the problem is solved the other gentleman that was with the front desk person kept coming back knocking at my door three different times sliding notes under my door knocking each time I let the front desk know and he apologized and said he would adjust my nightly stay which never happened
They seen my nightly stay was interrupted due to one of their employees knocking at my door several times and still did not take care of the problem or reimburse me for my stay not even a little bit
