Everything was just great excluding breakfast

Location.
Wasn’t that clean. Breakfast was horrible, reheated food from prior days, water was dripping on the sausage and eggs. Juice was watered down. Waffle batter was eggy… inedible, I had to eat just cereal. Housekeeping did not clean my room the last night of my visit.

The room had a musty / moldy smell. The floor in the bathroom had lost of busted tiles. The shower had a lot of corrosion.

Staff was friendly
1.Not as clean as I would like for a hotel to be. I wanted to take a bath and noticed something in the drain. It was so nasty and full of black long hair.
2.They don’t have roll away beds.
3. The pool was “out of order”

Very clean and comfortable, always smelled good. Bed felt amazing.
Needs a little updating
4.0 / 10.0
Bed was comfortable and road noise was not as bad as some.
I booked for the indoor pool and hot tub that was advertised but was told upon arrival they didn't have that. Breakfast was not a set time to close. Tv buffered on all channels to the point of just starring at a frozen screen.

The sausage wasn’t all the way cooked not enough variety to pick from

The beds were clean.
Breakfast was horrible stale, old , Not that clean needs a lot improvement
4.0 / 10.0
the location was the best
the bedbugs, the fact that housekeeping comes in your room being very unprofessional and not being sensitive to privacy especially being a solo traveler that made me uncomfortable, the casual nature of the bedbug situation not having fully functional facilities and the siding off the side of the building being an older hotel made me have to find more suitable accommodations.

That it was close to where my daughter and grandkids live.
The room wasn't a suite to me they didn't have a place where you had a chair and the room wasn't clean they lift food in the refrigerator and mold in the bathroom and the ceiling in the bathroom was not painted and also the room had a smell in it.

everything in our room didn’t work. the lights, the outlets, nothing. so they switched to the room across the hall which was even worse. it had left over food and cereal on the floor from the person who stayed before us. looked like there was dried VOMIT on the walls by the trash can. the outlet by the beds didn’t work and lights didn’t work either. also when we were walking out of the side door there was a USED CONDOM on the ground literally right by the door. I never write bad reviews for anything but I was absolutely disgusted with the hotel. I’ve never been so uncomfortable and that ready to leave ever in my life. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and I will never return. I was very shocked for this hotel being a country inn and suites by radisson.
