Property was right off the freeway and along our route with very easy access to food and gas.
Older and a little run down looking from the outside.

it was quite
to start you should not be advertising an indoor heating pool when it is shutdown; the beds are like sleeping on concretre, the bathroom light fixture & shower curtain were both needing major repair

The staff was friendly and helpful at getting us another room at 2 AM
Room was disgusting lipstick on towel. Bathroom was dirty cockroaches, all over the room and the people in the room next to us argued and had sex all night long. Was finally moved at 2 AM to another room, which was equally dirty and full of cockroaches soap was left in the bathroom from the previous people very dirty table. I just needed a place to sleep. Could deal with the dirty room, but could not deal with the sex going on in the room next-door that would not stop even with us hollering at the people was told they were locals, which is some thing they said they’re not supposed to do is to rent to locals Was a horrible night. Just glad I didn’t have my grandkids with me. Let me put it this way we could hear everything they were doing and I do mean everything was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever dealt with the desk clerk finally at 2 o’clock in the morning took us to another room .

Staff was at least friendly
Property is in very poor shape. Switched rooms because TV wasn’t working and had wires hanging from it. Rooms were very old and it shows

Value, location, room size, nearby restaurants, good staff.
Had dog with me, but grounds all around hotel were filled with other dogs' poop - no one cleaned up (owners or hotel staff). Outside area smelled strongly of smoke (not just inconvenient, but choking). Outside security doors were unlocked (key cards weren't needed). Security lights were out or flickering.

The location
It was filthy. The sheets were never changed it had hairs all over it, the floor was dirty, there were roaches and the A/C unit wasn’t working.

NOTHING! Facilities are in desperate need of remodeling. Toilets were too low and wouldn't flush correctly. The doors were not secure. The beds were hard as rocks. The heater did not work.

The man who checked me in was very friendly!
The hotel smelled incredibly unpleasant (not oil refinery unpleasant, like you may get in that area) it was hard to pinpoint what it was, but everything smelled like it in the room so there was no escaping it. The bed felt "like a box spring someone put a sheet on" (as my boyfriend put it). Plus when I checked in, the room I was in (late night checking) smelt like cigarettes.

The staff was very friendly!!
The beds were hard as rock, the air conditioner didn't stay on so it got hot in the room. We come in from a full day touring and the room stunk. The water didn't have any pressure for a good shower. Toilets was to short when you went to wipe your hand ended up in the water.

The location was great since it was just a place to stay overnight before jumping back on the highway.
The person at the front desk did not greet us and never looked at us. She also didn’t notice that our stay was already paid and charged the card again for half the stay. Told us to take it up with Booking.com or her manager could fix in the morning. Luckily someone else was at the desk in the morning and attempted to fix it because the GM wasn’t in at 7 like she told us. It smelled like weed in the lobby and down the hall by our room. Luckily we had our own bath necessities as only soap was provided in the room.

It was quiet and pet friendly
First of all the room was dirty there was a cigar wrapper on the table between the beds.
Second in the restroom there was pubic hairs on toilet and floor had hair as well as the bathtub .overall there were approx 30 +'hairs in the bathtub, plus it had a visible ring around tub..
Third after I got done scrubbing the tub I TRIED to turn on the shower to rinse tub and it was barely a dribble coming out no pressure in shower at all.
fourth I never could get the TV to work I couldn't watch it at all.

I didn’t know they offered breakfast. We went elsewhere.
People threw beer bottles and can right outside in the grass.

Marianna was smoked in building and doors slammed all night long. fights in hall
prostitutes came in at 2 AM

I did not stay there I canceled my reservation because it was too many drug addicts crawling around the place like a little cockroaches. I did not feel safe there with my $20,000 Harley-Davidson sitting in the parking lot overnight. By morning it would have either been stolen or stripped.
