Really goood night

It is hard to judge this stay based on one employee, but unfortunately that is the case.

The person who was working for the late night shift said that she "had to give away one of our rooms" so we were only given one of the two rooms that we booked. Then in the morning, the lady that was on that shift proceeded to call and say that we never showed up for our reservations. So apparently our rooms were there the whole time but for some reason, the night shift worker did not see them.

Great stop for folks with pets!

A lot of times pet friendly hotels smell like dog or smoke but this room was very nice, clean and just what we needed. Not having carpet was a bonus for our allergies too.

Good

The breakfast buffet was nice and the rooms were clean. The beds were a bit too soft for me but they were still comfortable.

We were charged a pet fee at check in but it was not mentioned on the booking site. That brought the room up to a much higher rate than we wanted to pay for a Best Western. We have never been charged for our pets anywhere so we will not be returning to Best Western Plus hotels.

Convenient to everywhere we needed to be.. breakfast was good. Room was clean . Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was nice.

Nowhere to park. No elevator. Barking dog in room nearby. Outside not to clean. Partially renovated...

By a Walmart parking lot with noise from cruisers — who knew a Walmart a hangout for bangers!

Too noisy for rest!!!

The property itself was okay. The staff was courteous.

The property is too close to the highway. It also accepts pets. I was woken up several times by noise. People talking right outside our room, dogs barking outside our door. People talking loudly very early in the morning. We stayed there to get rest, but there was none. We would have been better off sleeping in our car at a rest stop. We won’t be back.

this is the second stay here. won’t be the last on our way south.

clean rooms, easy access to 95 and pet friendly without over charging.

grounds are not the cleanest around facilities but guests are also to blame as they do not pick up after their dogs.

Clean and comfortable

Location was great and hot or cold self serve breakfast was good. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds.

There was no pet fee listed on website and they charge an extra $20.00 a night for a dog. Would have been nice to know this ahead of time.

The breakfast was nice and the location is good.

Location of the wash sink. The location of the bathroom allows anyone entering the room to access a view of someone washing. I would prefer to wash up in private. Perhaps installing a curtain would not hurt.

the location was convenient the staff was super friendly and nice breakfast was convenient

the room I feel like isn’t cleaned very well. my son dropped a toy under the sofa I pulled it out to get it and there was dirt and an unknown pill just laying in the floor, either of my kids could have put it in their mouths. NO ELEVATOR!!! I have 2 young kids and had to take them to the 2nd floor along with all the stuff a baby and toddler needs!! if I knew that I wouldn’t have booked it. the pictures make it look amazing but it’s kinda sketchy feeling and the rooms aren’t as nice as the pictures. the first morning there were 2 cops in the parking lot so I didn’t feel that safe.
