The breakfast and restaurant were excellent!
The first floor and view were good.
The comfort of the bed was good.
The refrigerator and microwave worked well.
The location was central to all the towns we had to visit.
The toilet broke and often wouldn't flush.
Only one chair in room - not always comfortable to sit on bed.
The heat/air system wasn't consistent.

The front desk attendant ( I wish I would have gotten her name) was so kind and wonderful to work with as we had 4 rooms for family and grandchildren. Also there was a 50-ish-year-old gentleman who was the lifeguard at the time we checked in ( 3pm on Friday March 31st) He went WAY above and beyond for my family. Getting us our towels and letting us know several times he was keeping an eye on our grandchildren in the water. He was amazing. Please make sure you treat these employees well! they are a rare find
Breakfast was perfect for families.

We’ve been here many times and love this place. Our dog can come too! The pool provides entertainment for everyone. The water slide was exceptional. Great location to go see the surrounding sights!
The cook didn’t show up for the evening so we had to come up with another plan for our evening dinner. It’s so convenient to just order a meal from the hotel restaurant. The Salmon salad is out of this world.

Didn’t eat breakfast. Location was great. I was familiar with the location, been there many times but first time staying at this hotel.
The bed mattress was horrible, very lumpy, cheap mattress. Even tried the pullout couch thinking possibly it would be better than the bed. Got little sleep. Disappointed with my stay.

The only good thing was that they had a bar and restaurant there. The food was mediocre though and when we got nachos they did not even have salsa for it. Not the fault of any of the people that work there. Both people working on our 2 nights we stayed, were actually nice guys. The place seems pretty run down and dirty though overall. Don't know how it had as high of rating as it does. Very uncomfortable beds. I will totally stay at one of the other places in town next time.

They were kind enough to let us leave our motorcycle under cover due to incoming weather.
Guy at the desk acted like we were bothering him upon check in. The bed was awful and the pillows were hard. No milk for cereal in the morning. Very disappointed.

Breakfast was very good. Location north of town, avoided alot of the congestion and traffic. Quiet location.
Noise from the level above, we could hear people walking across the floor above when trying to sleep.

Rooms are Nice and Clean and the Hot Tub was Very Nice.
Says on website there is a game Room. There is Not. Also shows a Waterslide. No Waterslide on Sunday.Because there is No Life Guard on Duty. Wouldn't Friday- Sunday be the most popular days for a Waterpark. Also No Pool Table as Well. Bed are Hard as Rocks.

The entire building was very clean. Breakfast was fine; I was just interested in slightly more healthy food options (less carbs, less greasy meat, less sugar). The coffee was also so-so (both Gourmet & Bold). Otherwise, everything was awesome.
The pillows in the room were pretty bad. They looked substantial, but upon laying down on them, they flattened to almost nothing pretty quickly. We will be bringing our own pillows from home next time.

The walls are very thin. when someone hit the wall in the next room it actually moved our headboard.
Also our floor constantly smelled like pot

I liked that it is located 5-10 minutes from downtown. Very quiet & clean.
Buckhorn Bar & Grill with the hotel has very good salads, pizza, bar food. After 7 hours of travel on motorcycles, it was just perfect!
The coffee served at the breakfast bar wasn’t very good.

Nice rooms/ facilities. Water park small but nice.
Loud music playing from other rooms and in parking lot, fight happening during night, police being called, etc. loud, felt unsafe- especially traveling with children.

Staff were super nice. Room was clean. Breakfast was great.
Pool area needed swept. Lots of hair and debris. Kiddos were sad the slide was out of commission due to not having a lifeguard, but we also understand being understaffed.
8.0
clean nice size room, nice TV and the pool area is a good time.
the big water slide isn’t open later in the day due to no lifeguard on duty.

bar restaurant connected to the hotel pool area good food and drinks. nice pool area and hot tub, great for younger kids.
only one life guard on duty for the water slide and any time he had to go clean something or help out elsewhere they had to lock the gate to the water slide.
