Good Room but rude front desk receptionist.

I like the place, the feel and how clean it was! Good room for the price and great location!

One thing that stood out to me and my husband the most is the front desk receptionist, Rhonda was very very rude to my family who was just in town for a family funeral. Just putting this here for the people that she has been rude to or will be very rude to in the future. That's all Thank you God Bless.

Location is 10 minutes from hospital, grocery and clothing stores. Location was Far enough from downtown and fairgrounds not to worry about vehicle being in parking lot. 1st room had a powerful dog smell, they were able & willing to let me switch rooms. Pet friendly, which you don't get an option for very often.

Breakfast was more of a snack. However, it is better than nothing. 2 different coffee varieties offered. Usually one was out. Leaving only one option

it was suppose to be a non smoking room and it smelled like someone was chain smoking in the room. also it was not clean

As we were leaving g to load up the car, my husband and I agreed that we will never be returning to that hotel.

The staff was friendly. Beds were okay on comfort.

Had to ask for cups, dishes, cookware and silverware. They ran out of glasses. The cookware had no lids. Frying pan was hard to cook in as food stuck to it badly even when I got Pam spray. I didn’t like the coffee pot at the handle and lid did not stay on very well. Only three pillows on the bed for two people. The pillows were so flat and I need two firm pillows to prop my head up due to sinus issues. I had to go to Walmart to get another pillow as the lady working there told me they had no more pillows. The TV had very limited cable channels. Outside of ABC, CBS, & NBC, rest were mostly news stations, cooking, cartoons, and cop shows. Plus the TV screen never stayed bright. After 15 seconds the screen got very dim making it hard to see what you’re watching. They have signs outside that say no smoking within so many feet from building and windows. Yet, my husband and I were in a nonsmoking smoking room, we could smell strong orders of marijuana that gave me headaches. Breakfast they provided was the same every day: light coffee, dark coffee, hot water, bananas, oatmeal, banana muffins and granola bars. I had to get the room key reset every other dat as it stopped working. Three times during mine and my husband’s stay, we’d return to the room later in the day to smelling bug spray. we were told they were spraying for roaches. They had to turn off the water in the middle of our stay due to a leak in the pipes on first floor. People across the hall were yelling all the time so loud we could hear it in our room.

Location was the only positive

Number of beds didn't match what was listed on Booking.com. Rooms were not clean, blood stain on the pull out mattress.

Didn't get past the front desk. Desk attendant told me there was no room

Nothing good is going on at this hotel the carpet is disgusting, there no dishes for kitchen, no cookware, the place smelled so bad from previous tenants the furniture is cheap no breakfast and I'm pretty sure they were running a sex ring out of there
