Will come back again! we usually stay at the Hampton Inn in Rawlins, but gave this a try this trip

The motel is amazing! comfortable beds.....clean...quiet....new....large rooms....pool....hot tub...

The room that the pool and hot tub are in was too hot.

The shower head was so high that being 5’ I couldn’t reach it to adjust it.

Met my expectations and I would reccomend it to others.

Property was right next to Walmart. Breakfast was good and staff was helpful.

Interstate was closed next morning due to snow but the staff did the best that they could under the circumstances.

the room was big and the bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

I loved my big suite!

the only thing I didn’t like, which has nothing to do with the hotel, is Rawlins Wyoming in winter!

probably will not book at this hotel again

the room had a pull out bed enough for my family of 5

the hot tub wasn’t working and they didn’t have towel in the pool area.

Great stay

Very nice room super clean and updated nice soft sheets loved the decor. The bed was a little too firm my only complaint.

There wasn't much I didn't like the breakfast was delicious the bed was just a tad firm.

Stopped for an overnight on th way to Yellowstone.

In the process of remolding, but floor we were on had been completed. New carpet, updated bathroom, comfortable beds and very clean.

Only complaints very minor, pillows too soft and there was trouble with their satellite.

Very good

Nice big room for 3 of us. Stayed in King suite. The bathroom was awesome for my mother who uses a walker. The bars are perfectly placed and very easy for me to help her with detachable showerhead. Lots of room to maneuver. Breakfast was great. Loved the biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls and sausage.

The pool was closed. That is our main form of exercise on our long travel days.

Don't stay elsewhere

The size of the TV and general layout. Bathroom was really nice, great lighting.

The price was a bit steep. I had booked another hotel which was in another area of town. Due to old hotel's location and the dilapidated bldgs. all around it we chose to go to this HIE instead. It's a much cleaner, safer looking location in town.

Even though it was clean, there was a bad smell like burnt crude oil throughout our room. We turned on AC and sprayed perfume and then left. This helped

Nice and helpful staff. Very clean breakfast area...VERY. A really good breakfast with nice variety and wonderful friendly and helpful breakfast staff.

They are updating rooms but the front entry and front parking lot are neglected. Not the best first impression.

Good food, clean rooms, friendly people, even though there was construction upstairs we still had a wonderful stay

Location did not elevate the brand.

Convenient location. Passable as road trip lodgings.

Relative to other Holiday Inn Express locations, not as nice. Room was generally "tired" and in need of a refresh. Bed was lumpy and soft - the least comfortable bed I've slept in on a 10 day road trip. Room not stocked with 2x caffeinated coffee pods. I chose the hotel because I've had good experiences with the brand. Going forward will be less likely to.
