Comfortable bed and friendly staff

No emergency back up lights in stairwells. Had no way to get down from 3rd floor when power went out due to severe storm.

It was horrible

We had someone walking while I was getting changed.when we brought it to front desks attention she told me my bad. Then when she tried to fix it she de activated our cards. Couldn't call front desk phone in room was broken. Lady at front desk was notified she did nothing

Convenient place to stay for the price.

It was clean and easy to check in/out. We only stayed one night before camping so it was a good fit for what we needed. The front desk employee when we checked in was very friendly and helpful.

No extra bells or whistles but it was a fine place to stay for our needs.

it was okay till we got screwed out of 108 dollars!

it was close to our event

right on booking it says pet friendly we are on our way home this morning at get a 108 dollar charge for some deep clean bs mind you the animals were show rabbits that were in carriers on a tarp so wtf are you deep cleaning???not a cat or a dog but show rabbits that never even touched the damn floor

The telephone communication at the hotel was a limited transaction, "Jay Karl F." was polite but we were made to pay in order t have somewhere to stay upon our arrival time. THAT was not acceptable. Additionally, we do not believe we should have to wait 7-12 business days for our refund. Booking.com took our payment for the online booking in less than 5 minutes. We want this refund expedited and will wait for advisement notification that our refund has been completed. Sincerely, Miguel Rivera Kathryn Rivera

I love my room, it was faced the street in the front. By the way it was very cozy;I really liked it

Great a lot of variety of food, it was awesome. The place was spotless ,very comfortable and neat

Was too tired to dislike anything but I did not like the smell of the pillow and the sheet. I had to covered it with a towel in order to fall asleep . Maybe it was the detergent, because I'm very sensitive with smell.

Our stay was disappointing and was overpriced.

Lighting in our room was terrible. The room only had two very harsh bright lights above the beds. The HVAC was very loud. Electrical outlets were almost non-existent. Housekeeping tried entering to clean our room at 7:55am while we were still in bed without even knocking!

Cheap to stay here, but you get what you pay for.

I liked the location and the cheap nightly rate to stay there.

The room we got was VERY small, not much room beyond the bed and the bathroom. Also the food quality for the continental breakfast was bad.

Great value, great staff and great customer service.

Very clean and a great front desk staff. they really made us feel welcome. I would stay again in a heart beat.

The room was very good. The location was fine for what I needed. The female at the front desk was very nice.

I thought the breakfast that was provided was terrible!!! I eat protein for breakfast. There was only cereal, bagels, muffins, waffles. There was some yogurt and 1 day there was slimy hard boiled eggs. High fat, carbs and sugar items were only provided. There was no meat at all. Also, the hand cart to take your luggage to your room was broken and not available. They only have 1 ???????? GET MORE!!!!

Hotel was good for a one night stay.

Property was clean, bed was comfortable, bath products good and all staff encountered were friendly and accommodating.

Walls were very thin and could hear our loud next room neighbor late into the night. Queen bed room was small. Continental breakfast was limited.
