Comfortable and it had an exercise room, so I was fine.

Perfect location. I had access to all freeways to get to any part of town that I needed to quickly and restaurants and stores for anything I needed.

Not much at all. The staff was so nice, that trumped any small problems there were.

Bad

The room smelled really bad and musty. We asked for another room, but they said they were full (with 10 cars on the parking lot). She promised to talk to the manager for refunds. Next day nobody talked to mananger and then they called him. Manager promised to give refunds and email us about it. Never got our money back and also no email. They ignore our messages.

Convenience to restaurants.

NO ICE MAKER!!!!. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel without a ice maker. We had to buy a bag of ice from a local gas station. WHY??? Too much paperwork, they screened my drivers license! Never have I felt so uncomfortable checking in to a hotel. It was like I was getting a background check for security a clearance. NO Glasses in this huge room!

My Short stay spot

The staff was amazing. Friendly and accommodating. The manager listened to my complaints and said that he would discount my next stay.

The loud people above me, the bathroom sink faucet never became hot enough, there was no phone in the room, bed wasn't as comfortable as I thought it would be. The towels were very dingy like they were not clean. They tell you about the vending machine but there's a OUT OF ORDER sign on it. Overall it needs to be updated all the way around.

highly recommend for a long stay. room accommodations provided are like a small apartment and laundry on the first floor

Very clean and extremely professional and helpful staff. stayed for 7 nights. checked in late and had to extend stay for work during a holiday, the front desk staff were very accommodating. highly recommend this location.

Everything Was Perfect For My Requirements Just A Few Hairs In The Shower But No Problem Just Rinsed

I Felt At Home With My First Born And Her Mother 🤙We Really Needed To Find A Getaway To Feel Like A Actual Family & This Place Help Meet All The Expectations! First Shift Staff Was Amazing As Well

Clean facility Staff was very friendly and everything and was Within Driving distance from the hotel.

It was a very friendly clean safe hotel for me and my family while we were visiting family in the Toledo area but I do think that they should have had 24 hour coffee available for occupants of the hotel that would have been an extra bonus.

Paid $140 for one day and wasn’t impressed.

Loud, people slamming doors at all times of the night. Cigarette butts in the hallway, and it smelled like marijuana in the hallway.
