Will never stay here again

The staff were nice enough.

When we got to our room there wasn't any toilet paper and the TV didn't work. The bed cover had stains on it. I called the front desk and got another room. The TV didn't work in the new room, and the sheets didn't look like they had been changed. There were small hairs on them. The bed cover had stains also. They didn't look like set in stains. They looked like they had not been washed.

The shower would not work. Also, the room had a stale cigerette oder. WE do not smoke. Could not really sleep.

It’s very convenient for travel and close to shopping and food

Our room had many issues. Dirty sheets upon checkin which staff fixed quickly, ac broken and very loud, tv broken with bright white lights showing through screen, vanity light flickered like strobe light, and while in shower wall.

It was a very nice short stay. Upset the tv didn’t work.

Breakfast was very good. Coffee ran out.

Our TV didn’t work and our refrigerator didn’t work!

I like the people they were very friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean.

The microwave and refridgerator did not work. When we were leaving we wanted to talk to the front desk but no one was available.

ok for one night…

Since we requested away from the highway, on the top floor, it was relatively quiet.( that is once the people next to us settled down…,)

no elevators , and the stairs needed repair. the bathroom needed repairs and upgrading.

Worst motel ever!!!

The eggs had been there so long that they were crunchy. We didn’t even try to eat breakfast the second day

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The sink and shower drains were rusted, parts of the ceiling in bathroom were falling down, the tv in original room not working so had to change rooms after already unpacking, there was huge clumps of dust/debris by lights in bathroom, the bathroom door was missing chunks of wood, the window heater was rusted out and we had to go to the office to get new keys every time we left the room because they would quit working.

Terrible room. Way past needing a remodel.

Very nice and professional lady checking me in.

Flooring old and not clean. Bed spreads dirty and stained. Mattresses old. Wals chipped and dirty. Ceiling stained and dirty. Bathroom floor tile with multiple cracks. Several flies in room.

Not staying in Plainview again. Go on to Lubbock.

It’s obviously a journeyman stop. Dated & not very comfortable.

The outside door was broken and screwed back together and would bend when you open or closed it.

The breakfast was acceptable.

The location is next to a big rig overnight parking area, and it was noisy and dirty.

Great place to stay for the 2 weeks I worked at the hospital. Close and convenient.

The location was close to my work assignment and it was quiet during the day because I worked at night.

Nothing it worked out fine.

.Personal was nice it's the room Service. It's was the worst I have ever gotten. Got to check in and the room I got door was jammed and they still wanted for me to work with the door. Was moved to another room and it was very dirty had to wipe down all the furniture. No towels. Sofa was very filthy had to cover with my bedsheets I always take just in case. Then was told by a cleaning lady she didn't know why they even put us in there if that room was never use. Was very disappointed 😞
