Nicely kept, older property in a great location. Staff were very friendly and pleasant to deal with.
Mattress needs to be replaced as it is worn out. Exterior of bldg needs work.

Price, proximity to the Ft. Pierce inlet and intercoastal were both good. A couple of restaurants were within walking distance.
Vending machines were removed and snacks were in the main building. Little variety compared to the hotel next door.

Oceanview, spacious, clean,
No radio or alarm

Balcony location it was very clean. Loved the water view.
The sofa bed was bad.

Excellent location! Beautiful area to visit. The room/space was large and had been updated. Full kitchen was great. The pool areas were very nice, largest pool was heated, and we loved the access to the dock area and access to walk next door to Cocomo Tiki Bar, talking to fishermen along the docks. Ate at Alvin’s Seabreeze which we highly recommend, (great food, excellent service, top level entertainment)!
Our room/space was next to the laundry facility (maybe the ice machine?) and we were awakened all night long (every hour-1am on…) by loud concerning noises we couldn’t identify. One noise sounded like a loud alarm. Another noise sounded like loud plumbing “vapor-lock” sounds. The other issue was limited parking and carrying our luggage down uneven outdoor steps to our room that was #412, but on ground level next door to the main facility.

The location was nice.
The gal at the front desk was rude and obviously didn't like her job. Her responses to questions were short and curt.
It's too bad, because if the hotel had a person who treated their paying customers with respect it would be a better place to stay. I doubt I'll ever be back to stay here just because of her.

It was a very nice get away for a weekend. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. I love being able to go fishing 🎣 or swimming.
I wish there was better food in the area.

Location and bed comfy
Not enough fishing area from docks and pool was too warm

The Security Guard was great but he’s the reason for the three stars I gave.
We were downgraded into a different room without being notified until we were on the property. No apologies or credits were offered. We also weren’t advised that only one vehicle per room was allowed (no exceptions). People were smoking everywhere which was causing non-smoking rooms to smell like cigarettes.

Manager, view,
Going to need additional capital improvements:
Matress
Refrigerator grills are corrected.
Coffee pot is not safe. No auto shut off , i let mine with a lot of coffee left , when I got back after a day on the beach, it was about dry and the smell of burnt coffee was there. If you change them , you can avoid an accidental fire.

It was great from booking to check out. Sarah at the desk was very pleasant and so friendly. Very nice place. I will be back and bringing the fishing pole.

Just love the location. The staff, Lois and the lady that works on the docks are not very friendly.
Our shower did not work!
