Good value, clean.

Very nice check in person. Room clean, bed comfortable, nice to have fridge and microwave, coffee, liked the hard surface floor. Liked the white bedding.

Plumbing backing up. Didn't realize heat was on.

Budget friendly hotel exists in Sparks

we could park very close to our unit so moving from car to room was easy

motel obviously has long term residents staying there. they are very social. in the middle of the night people talking loudly between rooms. my wife felt unsafe

not to great. works if you’re not pickie.

the price was far. you get what you pay for, if you know what I mean. there was a 150 dollar deposit I haven’t seen that money back yet.

We love to stay here everytime we travel to Reno! Staff is friendly and helpful and rooms are clean. Easy location.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the toilet chain for flushing the toilet kept coming unattached.

Was OK as an inexpensive place to just spend the night near Reno

Was a small inexpensive place whereas we would have to be in a large casino-hotel to match or beat the price.

The heating was a window unit that turned on and off all night and leaked cold air in between. The only lamp was plugged into an outlet that had only one half working and the lamp would turn on and off if you bumped the lamp cord.

forced to stay here because of bad weather

check in was smooth

sound traveled easily from other rooms and outside, the bed sheets didn’t fit the bed (a flat sheet that was too small was used instead of a fitted sheet!), the towels were like rags, too many people outside smoking :-(

Nice clean room with a coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge. Close to everything Reno has to offer.

the location is great, right off the freeway and close to the Nugget and Victorian Square. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Because it’s so close to the freeway, there’s a lot of traffic noise.

Apart from minor inconveniences, this is a good alternative to the requisite "resort fees" elsewhere

good bed, no resort fee, clean feel, earlier check-in, simple check-out

extremely small toilet, awkward stains on draperies, general location off-putting

It was a great place for us to stay and close to the activity we were involved in.

motel 6 would be better for sure

it had hot water

the loud noises, could not check in after midnight, smokers right in front of our room, the “old” feeling, owner knocking on our door because we were supposed to be out by 11 a.m but he had the wrong day, phones didn’t work, freezer didn’t work.

You get what you paid for.

It’s definitely an older motel, but staff was super friendly. Room was clean.

Parking is a little hard when you get there after dark. Just a smaller parking lot.
