I have always enjoyed staying here and choose to stay in the villas.
The last few times staying in the villa properties, they felt outdated and dirty. This stay the bathroom was not great. There was mold on the shower head, dust and hair on light fixtures and mirror and spiders in most corners. Refillable shower products empty.

Beautiful grounds, very relaxing spa. The building itself is historic and pretty. The hot tub in the ladies' locker room is especially lovely. The shuttle service to/from the casinos is free and easy. The massage we booked was good.
The service was, overall, kind of mediocre. We were asked to bus our own table outside the juice bar (no big deal, but at a place that tried to be high-end it seemed odd). The outdoor pool is not a pool- it has been weirdly converted into a dirty fountain. The check-in process was confusing and inaccurate- we ended up being charged for things incorrectly. The room was fine, but our window didn't work. We made the best of everything, but it felt like our whole experience would have been so much better with really solid service.

It was beautiful. Nice peaceful location. On-site access to the spa. Delicious smoothie bar
The spa area was lacking in terms of what I was expecting. Mainly there's just one big pool and then there is a hot tob and sauna/steam rooms in each locker room. Being that I went as a couple, we couldn't fully enjoy all the spa area together as we had originally anticipated.

Everything was amazing, the bed is so comfortable which is a huge plus. I've stayed here before and as always it's a great stay.
Only thing this time was the TV in the bedroom didn't work, but that's minor cause the living room worked so that was good.

Spa facilities/options in one location
Close to casinos for dining, entertainment. Staff helpful.
Needs updating (toilet kept running, lockers jamming, some decor needs refresh)

Always loved the location, comfort and vibe at the Spa at Norwich Inn. It is a beautiful historic inn with a lot of modern upgrades on a picturesque property. The staff is very helpful and the spa is one of the best in the area.
My dinners at Kensington's and Ascot's were very good, the chef likes to experiment with flavors.
While I am not really a complete fan of lounge-type music, the guitarist at Ascot's on Thursday night was phenomenal.
Noise in the evening - there was a group celebrating a friend's birthday and their rooms were unfortunately on the same floor as mine. They were slamming doors, and laughing loudly in the hallway, until another guest (who beat me to it) told them to keep it down. At almost 11 pm you'd expect people to be a little more considerate. There are "Quiet Please" signs everywhere, but apparently, these people didn't know how to read...

When I checked in, there was a piano man in the lobby and played good old music, easy to listen. On the next day morning, their coffee bar was set up nicely and enjoy good coffee. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.
The Inn has a little bit of nostalgic smell.
