Good place to stay if you are in the Summersville area.

Didn't eat the breakfast, however, the last time I stayed there we did and it was a decent breakfast bar. Room was quiet, clean and the bed was very comfortable. I liked that the "pet friendly" rooms were outfitted with non-carpeted floors (LVP) but were still nice to walk on. Front desk guy was very friendly (and not from a foreign country).

Some of the exterior door auto-lock mechanisms were broken and didn't provide any additional security. The shower was a bit weak but was adequate for my wife to get a shower. Key cards were a little cantankerous.

no grass outside for dogs -signs on grass do not allow dogs(dog friendly hotel?) fridge froze our food solid -room looks a-lot different from pics online -air conditioning did not work properly -very loud right beside hwy-outdated -disappointed -

Short and sweet. Enjoyed the different restaurants close by.

I was unhappy with trying to reserve the room. When I called the number listed on the web, (which must have been a booking site) it gave me a person by the name of Stephanie, who tried to charge my card 3 or 4 times an amount that I had never had to pay at Quality Inn before, she would not accept AARP or my senior discount. For some reason, she could not get my credit card number correct, so she transferred me to someone else and it didn't take my card again. I finally hung up. We traveled nearly 2 1/2 hours to get there and we were almost there and I found another number to Quality Inn at Summersville, WV which was directly at the facility and was able to get my room reserved. I thought it strange I was having to give my credit card number, when I never really had to before till I got there. I never mentioned to the front desk, but there was an awful smell that came from our bathroom and the air conditioner would not kick on and off correctly. The room was either too hot or too cold. (we didn't bother anyone about it, we weren't there but for two days this time. My husband and I have stayed at Quality Inn for several years.

Superb

Breakfast was very good. Had plenty of items and the hostess was quite pleasant. The dinner recommendation was exceptional.

Nothing comes to mind as we were there for a very quick overnight on our way home.

We often stop here on our way home during the March Break and will continue to come back!

The breakfast was good and I liked the opening up of the second room to accommodate more guests to sit and eat.

The air conditioner/heater in the room wasn't working with the set temperature. We ended up putting it on the constant fan which turned out fine.

Excellent will definitely book there again!

All of it was great. That is probably the best Quality Inn I have ever stayed in. It’s super clean, excellent location, good food, and very nice and comfortable rooms!

Good stay.

Pet friendly, good breakfast, friendly staff, great location next to the highway, restaurants, gas station and Walmart are a stone’s throw away.

A little dated but clear effort to stay clean and orderly.

Overall, one of the best hotel stays I have ever had.

Breakfast was great. The staff there was wonderful. Tasted good.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the pool was outside and closed.

Great room for a decent price.

Large, clean room. Comfortable bed and wonderful hot shower. Room was very clean. Property is pet friendly. Did not get the breakfast bar as it closed at 9:00 a.m. LVP flooring as also pet friendly!, Staff was very friendly and helpful!

$15 charge each for our dogs. Doors were very noisy, closing. Other than that, everything else was fine.
