Overpriced and not what pictures seem.

We were first checked into a room that was being painted and remodeled and not ready to stay in. We were then switched and the room was not as nice as pictures seem and a lot more dusty and dirty like the computer chair was super crusty. We then left and came back after watching fireworks to a flooded room so we decided to cancel the stay over all.

I wish I could get a refund

No business center. Complimentary breakfast was far below what was described. elevators were out. Fire alarms went off multiple times while I was trying to work. The front desk didnt seem to care I was there or had concern or help for anything.

Cleanliness and the hospitality of the staff were both very poor

VERY DISAPPOINTED. Unable to load property photos "too small"? No surprise.

The front desk person (Noor) said she had just started and she was the ONLY person left to manage everything over the weekend. That said, when I asked to have the toilet repaired she told me they had NO maintenance on the weekend. She made it right by transferring us to another room.

The Hotel was under "construction" in the lobby. No caution tape to the area and we had to walk through wet cement to get to the stairs as the elevator area was actively being worked on. I felt this created a potential safety issue. Our first day there, I asked about coffee (it was advertised there would be meals provided). We were told to go to Starbucks across the parking lot. No meals were provided because of construction. No where on the website did it say they were under construction. Once in the room, our toilet did not flush. The fan on the heater "squeeked" all night. I asked if someone could take a look at the toilet and was told they had no maintenance available over the weekend. Upon check-out, I requested a receipt and was told that because I booked this through Booking.com the hotel could not provide a receipt. I had stayed at a Quality Inn in CO SPGS the night before and they gave me a receipt, NO PROBLEM.

great place like a little apartment. very comfortable would stay there again

they gave us an end room with 2 windows for nice ventilation and quiet only one neighbor. staff was great, easy parking homey room with good kitchen and comfortable bed

early morning breakfast should have longer hours. fan in bathroom effective but loud

We left to find another hotel.

it was not a clean environment. There were loitering outside the front door, and it reeked of smoke.Upon entering the lobby and our reserved room smelled strongly of smoke as well. The windows had been opened to try and air it out, but that didn’t help. The windows were covered with a film the smoking was so heavy. I have allergies, so this did not work for us, and we left to go find another hotel. We’ve always used this chain, so I was terribly disappointed.

If you've come to Colorado to smoke dope, or don't mind the smell, this is your place.

It was close to where I needed to be and it was relatively inexpensive. They had a decent hot breakfast buffet.

It smelled like dope everywhere. My room smelled like pot, the hallways smelled of pot, the stairwell especially smelled of pot. There seemed to be a lot of transients hanging around, which probably explains the enhanced security and lack of a late night desk person.

For the most part everything was pretty good.

A/C fan inside room was squeaking and squealing all night. Meant for a lousy nights sleep.

The manager is a racist and very rude!!!! plus I didn’t like that the walls were super thin and the floors were hollow and the walls were super dusty and dirty. Plus the maid busted in on me and my boyfriend while we were having intercourse!

Disappointing

My room was very dirty. It didn't look like it was swept or mopped I did it and the rag was black. On top of the cabinets were very dirty. The reason I went deeper in checking all that out was when I started putting my things in the refrigerator there was hair in it as was the freezer to. The staff was not very nice except one guy he was amazing made me smile and helped me out the best he could and gave .e great advice etc. If was cool to he also had worked flagging on the light rail which is where my mom and I work now.

The internet does not accurately depict the cleanliness of this facility. It needs serious work.

The cleanliness was terrible. I’m not sure what was on the swivel chair in the kitchen.... it appears to be bodily fluids. The smell was concerning.

Over priced for what got. The smell was horrible, rooms poor, sit on bed flipped up, kitchen nasty, no dishes. you had to remove trash to a closet, no cleaning rooms for 2 weeks. One entrance. 6 police cars constant circle premises. Not a safe feeling.
