I would definitely stay at this hotel again., I will try it at another city

Breakfast was enough. and the location was exactly what I was looking for

Less noise, but I guess one can't control all guests.

Very good

The breakfast was easy to grab, just enough choices. We particularly liked the hot instant oatmeal we made ourselves. The attendants were courteous, attentive, and helpful.

Good

This is a nice hotel for a person on a budget. The accommodations are nice enough. Just a few complaints: my key card to my room would not work on a couple of occasions. Laundry room washers had soap on them. No lobby for guests to chill or relax. The stove took a while to heat up. The hotel itself is outdated and No full breakfast. However, Im glad I was able to cook there to save money. It is a safe and quiet working class neighborhood. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I needed to.

The location was really nice. It allowed us to naturally see some cool things that we probably wouldn't have otherwise.

it smelled like smoke, there was no breakfast like it said, no hair dryer, iron didn’t work and i had to ask for kitchen utensils to which i got 2 spoons 2 forks and there was 4 of us.

Will *NEVER* stay with this brand again.

The basic wifi was good enough to maintain a video call for an hour, so at least I didn't have to "upgrade," which was an insulting proposition to begin with. Close enough to Dublin to walk and get away from the hotel for a few hours.

The breakfast was a small selection of coffee and granola bars in a cramped lobby. A baby's screaming haunted the halls at all hours. The floor of the room warped so badly that every chair rolled to the middle and the drawers on the dresser came open by themselves. And the staff knew it too because there was a napkin stuffed in between the drawers to keep them closed. It was just not a nice experience at all.

overall it was good wish I didn’t get downgraded at the same price though

the workers were really polite and I appreciate them.

when I checked in I was informed that the room that I had booked was not available because the online sites are booking more than what they have available. I was then downgraded but I was not angry as I understand what they must go through on the daily with angry people in the same situation. I just hope that gets figured out for their sake because it’s not fair to them.

Too much $$ for subpar accomidations.

Bathroom was dirty. Kitchen Counters were dirty. Microwave smelled of burned popcorn. I had to call down to front desk to get a TV remote. Wifi was slow and they charge for "faster" internet. I had to tether my phone to use my laptop to do work.

A clean and comfortable room in a nice part of town. Just be prepared to ask for what you need!

I have enjoyed staying at other ESA locations and was glad I selected the one in Dublin for my recent trip to Columbus- it was in a safe and enjoyable area while being a 20-minute drive from downtown. I was allowed to check-in late (around midnight) and was greeted by a clean and comfortable room where I enjoyed a solid 9 hours of sleep with their blackout curtains!

Unfortunately, I was awakened by (I assume) the guests above me that sounded to be performing an exercise routine that was shaking the entire room. I was also disappointed by the lack of kitchen utensils in the space; in other stays, the space has been equipped with pans and dishes, but this one had absolutely nothing. I wish I had realized this fact before I had changed into my pajamas as I had to walk downstairs in my slippers for a fork so I could eat my dinner.

Location was convenient and having utilities in the room was definitely a plus

Staff seemed like they wanted to be anywhere else but the front desk, room was slightly dirty upon arrival and no housekeeping service

It was all right but could have been in better shape.

It was a good location. The staff did not wear masks. The cabinets in the room were worn and the refrigerator was rusty. The bedskirt was dirty and the facility could have been cleaner. I have not been emailed a receipt ftom checkout.

General condition and cleanliness was not the best. . I do not know what I have been charged

the location was great

Our room wasn't ready at 3pm so we had to leave until ready...when we pulled up alot of employees all outside smoking...no one at desk to check out again employees outside smoking

But the best experience I've had. May not stay there again.

Front desk was nice.

Smoke smell in hallway every day we were there. Had to clean the counter, appliances, and drawers used before i could use them.
