Aside from thinking a bullet was going to come through the floor, it was good.

The staff was super friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, no complaints!

Every step I took was met with a pounding on the ceiling/ floor from below. Every, single, step. I had to tip toe! And even then the pounding continued. We we walking on eggshells....and even then we elicited pounding and yelling from below....it felt unsafe and kind of ghetto. Certainly not the fault of the management, but definitely made our 4 day stay uncomfortable.

Don't waste your money!

The price

Well this place is a good price for a reason. It's old, run down, and the walls are super thin. We had a room on the bottom floor, and the floor right above us had people slamming doors, rolling around on the office chair late at night. When we reported it to the front office, they just said we'll there 10 more minutes before quiet time. Which told me they did not care or were going to say anything about it. The second night, our neighbors across the hall had 2 large dogs, and anytime someone would walk by, the dogs would bark. That went on until about midnight. Overall, if we were not in a family emergency situation, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff did their job and that was about it. They were there for a paycheck, not really there for customer service.

Horrible room conditions, horrible management

We asked several times for extra blankets or pillows to make the pullout bed suitable and they did not assist. The pullout bed had springs popping through causing pain and discomfort through the duration of the stay, this was escalated to three different employees including the general manager and NOTHING was done to make the stay or bedding more comfortable.

Great location needs bedding updates!

The staff were friendly. The facilities were clean. The kitchenette in room was exactly what I needed!

The mattress was the worst I have had in a hotel room in the last decade!!!!!! I have never dreaded going to bed!

relaxing

loved everything about our stay during the weekend the pool, gym and laundromat. Everything was super clean and staff were super nice. Will love to return and stay another weekend.

It was overall a great place to stay and I recomend.

The breakfast was minimal if any at all or was usually gone by 730-8 am. The pool was small and closed at 9pm. The vending machines are decent but expensive.

Exceptional

Everything. This place is perfect for my situation. Its in a good area. There's not a bunch of random ppl hanging out all day and night. It's clean and the staff couldn't get any better. They are understanding and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone for any reason. Not to mention the price is extremely affordable. They go beyond my expectations

The pool is being worked on... It will be cool once it's all redone to go kick back and get some sun.

Waste of my money

The person at the desk was nice and tried to be helpful.

We rented this for my parents because it was close to where we live. It did not have an attractive appearance when we walked into the lobby. We checked into their room because we were not able to cancel it through the hotel. We went to the room it smelled really bad (wet & moldy) and the bed was not comfortable at all. I was very embarrassed and took them to a hotel down the street. We were very disappointed.

Not worth the money we paid.

Friendly front desk staff. Location was in a super boring rich people part of Scottsdale, near a Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s so it felt safe and suburban.

Firstly, housekeeping is one a week and any additional days of housekeeping incurred charges. Second, the sleeper bed mattress had weird stains and a funny smell. Third, the wifi hardly worked. I had to use my phone data most of the time. Fourth and the most important was the trash. We did not know where to leave the trash. There was a trash receptacle but it was taped over. I asked someone and they pointed to a trash can by the pool. So we have to go outside and dump out trash in a little trash can by the pool? Obnoxious. Oh and we had pots and dishes for the little kitchen but no dish soap. This place is a joke. The staff is friendly but next time I’ll just stay at an Airbnb because for the money I paid, I can get better.

Nothing the pool was cloesd due to they need apart to fix it I stayed over 4 day and no pool i was told that they had one working thats why I went there

A good value

Clean and convenient

Only place in Arizona that our out of state credit cards wouldn't work and they don't take cash. Another customer paid for our room and I paid him back with cash. THANKS. Hair dryer didn't work. Refrigerator door opens wrong direction and makes it very hard to access a
