Really nice hotel

Very clean, great shower, comfortable bed, popcorn and cookies in the lobby at night.

Exceptional. We would stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast was great ... very tasty! Staff was extremely pleasant. Room was pristine clean.

It's nitpicking, but there wasn't enough safe-feeling parking. There parking behind the building but it didn't feel safe.

I will not be returning to this property

Convenient

Family had two dogs in the dining area up on the furniture and being fed people food The people had one of the dogs in the area where all the food was out for all to get while they got their food I would like to have a sign up that restricts pets from the food and eating areas I mentioned to the front desk associate that it was not appropriate, she did nothing. Did not direct me to the manager or offer to remove the dogs from this area. I will not be returning to this property.

Friendly yet could be more clean

Friendly staff.

The room was perfectly clean. The wall behind the accent chair was dirty and the chair had a stain. Booth seating in the breakfast lounge could use more cushioning. When we sat down, we sunk down to where the table came up to our chests.

Staff was the best, very friendly and helpful. Showed extra care to my disabled mom.

My husband is a tall dude, and the toilet was so low to ground it was uncomfortable for him to use.

Close to turnpike

Dirty, noisy with truck travel plaza. Would have booked at different location had i known beforehand

clean property, close to highway, excellent, friendly staff, comfortable bed.

pillows much too soft for our liking. close to the highway, but noisy truck traffic at times. No restaurants close by so had to drive.

A number of people were sent away because rooms were not cleaned due to no staff. It was a problem in restaurants also. Maybe we need to allow more immigrants in the country who will accept lower paying jobs.

Good, meeting family members. Alternative to reunions, when COVID prohibited larger gatherings.

Breakfast is good. Many options from which to choose.

Omlets are good, powdered scrambled eggs were not.

Comfortable but a little pricey for the quality level.

The desk staff person mentioned being short staffed, but she was very nice and welcoming.

It could use some facility updates. The breakfast area was very small and extremely crowded.
