The hotel staff makes you feel like family

Staff was friendly and awesome - by far the best part of the hotel experience. I would go back just for them

Exceptional

The king room I ordered was under repair upon arrival. They upgraded me to a king suite, which was a pleasant surprise. Also, the hotel was very quiet.

I wasn't too thrilled about there not being a complimentary breakfast. The restaurant there was ok, but I felt rushed to get out of there.

Not coming back.

Staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good.

I choose not to stay at your hotel again. Had to change rooms/buildings, building smelled of pet urine, room carpet was stained and shower had numerous long black hairs.

I was allowed to bring out dog, the AC unit worked great

Front staff accused my dog of barking when it was a dog from a different room, I also was not able to check out early due to using a 3rd party booking

Location was great. Customer service was okay. No housekeeping came into the room while we were out to change out towels. I've worked in housekeeping before. In stay-over rooms, you go in change towels and make beds as long as no personal items are there. Make sure everything is fresh and do a garbage change and tidy up the room. Nothing was done here.

No elevator or easy access for a blind dog.

second time staying there, great breakfast included. The young men in the restaurant were polite, attentive and did a great job. Clean pool and hot tub area. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable

Disappointed overall

The food was very good and nicely presented. The staff was very attentive.

I'm an elderly disabled woman and I was told there were no 1st floor rooms available. I was put in 2nd floor annex with NO elevator. I asked for safety bar for bathtub and got nothing. And I was there for 3 nights and the room was never serviced or cleaned.

we were there bring our granddaughter home from Northern so the location was great!

the staff was Courteous, it was clean

the wall plugs all seemed to short out and not work, coffee maker didn’t work. elevator was out of order for most of the trip the lady in the room next to us was screaming at someone because her shower didn’t work…then her kids were screaming so she was screaming again …obviously there needs to be some sound proof insulation in the walls. I’m a little curious why her rate was $90.00 a night and mine was $175.00 a night. one more thing, there should be a light weight blanket on the bed so you Don’t have to cover with the down comforter.

Great staff, clean falcities, strange layout,

I liked that it was so clean, great location, right down town with in walking distance to the water and shopping. Pool area was clean and well kept. Employees were fabulously helpful with everything I needed.

Rooms are spread over two buildings (strange), which makes using the pool or hot tub very difficult in the winter, especially because there isn't any changing areas near the pool. On site restaurant is great, but expensive for dinner and lunch, and also not open all day, Maybe these are winter hours?
