Great place to stay and definetely returning one of the employees was not so nice and needs training

Unfortunately, I never had breakfast at the hotel to be able to share my experience.

The clerk that first assisted us was rude and really did not want to book a reservation and said it would cost us over 900. I told her I have a reservation on my phone from book it for just 600. Lucky thing at the time I already had made a reservation in book.com. All I had to do was submit the transaction. This is what I did as I was speaking with her because of the crazy high price she gave me. So I booked it right away asked if she could see it in the system and she said it takes time. She was not happy at all said the rooms where not even ready until 3pm. I said that's fine because it was early in the morning. So I left and called to confirm if I can come in a little later. The same clerk rude as hell said I already spoke with you and I told you we have nothing ready for you until 3pm. It really did not matter because I ended up checking in around 5pm and I checked out a 5am the day I left. The hotel and amenities are great. You just need better staffing. It was an older lady who assisted me. I don't remember her name right now. I do however remember she had a piercing somewhere in her face. I'm sure you can track her down based on my reservation. Hope this helps and that there are improvements on staff training for my next stay. Thank you Crystal

Near highway but very $$$ for what you get.

Our room was very large.

Lots of travel baseball teams there and kids were unsupervised. Very loud at night.

Acceptable, but over-priced considering I didn't get the amenities I was looking for/promised.

The sleep number bed was a nice surprise. The design of the room was fairly modern and neat looking. Very nice shower and bathroom.

The room was slightly dirty. There were some "mystery stains" on the side of the coffee table in front of the couch. Also, the hot tub being "closed for maintenance until June 13th" was very disappointing, as that is the exact reason I chose this location and paid more money than i would have at other hotels in the area. It should have been advertised as such on the website.

Nice hotel, just minor issues

The room was real spacious and comfortable, including the bed. It was also very clean and quite modern too.

The room description suggests, that there is a washing machine in the room. This is incorrect, there's only one coin operated washer-dryer on the 2nd floor. Some of the neighbors were a bit noisy and soundproofing isn't great.

Never will stay there again

No breakfast ,except in restaurant, if it was open.

Clean room every 3 days. Run out of tp, Kleenex etc mmusr find someone to help you. No coffee in lobby no newspaper. I had better Kleenex and tp at visitors center. My stay wasn’t worth the charge

Not worth the price, amenities were poor.

Liked that there were so many outlets for charging our numerous devices. Also lked the location which was so close to many restaurants and other shopping.

Didn’t like that the rooms were cleaned every three days. Waste baskets overflowed and there was only enough coffee and clean cups for one day. Towels didn’t dry adequately so reuse was uncomfortable. The TV set didn’t always work, reception was very hit and miss.$1000 for a 6 day stay, not worth the price.

location

elevator too small for scooter. can’t imagine an electric wheelchair getting on it. room service every 3 days but pay same price every night. ants in the A/C unit.
