Perfect for family vacation and water activities

The cafe at reception has very tasty coffee. Hotel provides different activities including the snorkelling with manatees. Highly recommended!

Waterfront relaxing in manatee heaven.

The front office staff, Cindy and were absolutely lovely! The room was clean, comfortable and much nicer than pictured online. They are doing a bunch of renovations so maybe we were in a new room? They offer a delicious manatee punch around check in time as well as warm chocolate chip cookies. What a great little treat after a long drive!! There is also a great little coffee shop in the lobby that has tasty snacks and coffee.

The only thing I wish the room had was additional pillows. I feel like a queen bed should have four so when two people share a bed they each get two pillows. But that is such a small issue and I believe had I called and asked for more pillows they would have happily brought us a few.

This hotel has a great location on the Crystal River. It needs a few improvements to be great.

It was a great location on the river. The room was very clean.

Missing a lamp on one side of bed. Outlets were not convenient. There was no coffee makers in the room. The coffee shop on site was not real close.

Was good . It’s a stop on way to sisters in the south farther

Wish you still had your breakfast. We have been come for a quit a time. New owner no breakfast 😞🙃

Super Unterkunft am Wasser.

Sehr sauber und tolle Lage direkt am Wasser.

Frühstück war doch nicht inbegriffen. Stattdessen haben wir Gutscheine für Kaffee erhalten.

Nettes Hotel in guter Lage

Das Zimmer war schön geräumig. Es gab einen Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle. Die Betten waren bequem und man konnte direkt am Zimmer parken. Das Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse echt gut! Es gab Bagel, Müsli, Waffeln, Würstchen, Eier und Biquits. Die Lage ist prima, wenn man Aktivitäten am Wasser machen möchte. The room was nice and spacious. There was a fridge and a microwave. The beds were comfortable and you could park right next to the room. The breakfast was really good by American standards! There were bagels, cereal, waffles, sausages, eggs and biquits. The location is great if you want to do waterfront activities. La habitación era bonita y espaciosa. Había nevera y microondas. Las camas eran cómodas y se podía aparcar justo al lado de la habitación. El desayuno era muy bueno para los estándares americanos. Había bagels, cereales, gofres, salchichas, huevos y biquits. La ubicación es genial si quieres hacer actividades frente al mar.

Location adjacent to the Crystal River was terrific with just a short stroll from our room.

Staff super friendly and accommodating. Late checkout for one of the rooms? No problem! Breakfast attendant was attentive, friendly and kept the busy room on Sunday morning clean and stocked

Excellent, economical choice....

First of all, the lady at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and well-versed in the location and the local happenings. She explained the parking situation, things to do, etc. Super nice. My kids explored the pool area while I grabbed food from the restaurant next door. The hotel was very near our manatee excursion that we scheduled for day 2. The AC was super cold which is a huge bonus in FL in July. Just a great place to stay, will def stay again.

I already know without even reading the other comments that people probably complain about the "mildew-y" smell in the rooms. This is typical for any hotel near the water in the South that wasn't remodeled yesterday.

Want to return when not so busy for a day on the springs!

went for 4th of 4th of July celebration and 100th B-day of Crystal River - perfect location and great view of the fireworks

It was ideal for manatee excursion.

Breakfast was ok, the employees work very hard. Some of the other guests were rude and slobs.

Took forever to get hot water in the shower. Bathroom needs rennovatong.

Good stopover lodging for the Crystal River area.

The Reception Desk staff was excellent: helpful, friendly, efficient. The most impressed we were was with the (included) Breakfast staff. Hard-working, kept all things moving, helpful and deserves extra credit from BW.

Our room had an odd smell. Some of the facilities in our room seems slightly dingy, in particular in the bathroom. Nonetheless, this "Standard" room met our "Standard" expectations: not bad, not special.

Great place for the money! Rooms were clean, staff was super friendly and welcoming! Perfect place to bring your boat.

It was right on the river for easy boat access. Next to a restaurant so you never had to drive anywhere.

The boat dock situation. The first come first serve was fine but they needed more spots to tie off to.

Great Location and Fun Place To Stay for a Short Term Stay In Crystal River.

The Location is great and the staff super friendly!! They went way above and beyond to give us great direction and advice on where to go! We followed their advice and it was all well worth it!

The room was a bit outdated and we found some moths on the bed. I feel for as busy as they are that they would have the income for a few upgrades!

Good value, waterfront hotel and boater friendly

Boat ramp on site but trailer parking and dock tie up was $30.00 per day. Room renovations are well done. Pool fun for the kids. Crackers Resturant next to hotel with averageish food but good atmosphere. Breakfast facility top notch with good selection. Right on King Bay, snorkel , kayak and boat rides on site

Bath towels small , soap and shampoo were low quality.

Location excellent, staff helpful and polite, room big airy and clean.

AC was excellent keeping the room really cool. All nice a clean. Perfect view from balcony. The pool was a perfect temperature around 17.00. Location, location. Thank you we will be back.

Great time

I loved the location. We could walk to several restaurants. The staff was also super friendly. Every morning the breakfast women were so happy to see us and we were happy to see them, too. We also loved the view of the bay and the short walk to the breakfast room.

The showerhead in our room was a little too rough. Other than that, we loved every minute of our trip.

Excellent location, amenities, and price!

Location is amazing everything right there. We rented a pontoon from Capt Mikes so perfect for that. Breakfast was really good. Fresh enough, hot, great coffee and waffle, ladies were friendly serving us. They need to have a way to be tipped through a QR code or something, we didn’t have cash. Ate at restaurant not sure if associated but staff there was not very friendly at all, except for one lady that seemed to be a good runner. Drinks were well made which is always a treat. Great music. Pool/Jacuzzi was nice and housekeeping staff was AMAZING. So hard working but yet friendly and helpful.

Front office staff and restaurant staff not very friendly. We only had one shampoo and one conditioner for 3 people. When I called they said I had to come get my own. Thought it would have been nice if someone from housekeeping could have run it by. Also, was disappointed that there wasn’t a small gym on site.
