Disappointed

Good breakfast. Bed was comfortable.

Our tolet had poop splatter on the inside lid and rim. Obviously, they didn't clean the toilet. I was going to go complain but I was ready for bed, so my husband cleaned it.

We always enjoy staying at the Best western. Beds are comfortable.

The breakfast was good.

We waited in line for breakfast because people were making pancakes. If that could be separate it would make getting breakfast easier.

restaurant on property and staff was nice.

No elevator. we were on second floor. very hard for three woman with hip problems to carry luggage up snd down stairs.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Food was good. We didn’t try the pool or hot tub, but it looked fun.

No elevator, difficult transporting luggage. Refrigerator compressor hum very loud and exhaust fan in bathroom also very loud

Close but not quite...

This was so close to being REALLY good, then missed on basic key things. Very very clean, nice pool, Bob's was convenenient, and excellent.. nicely updated interior and spacious room, breakfast was fine with a range of choices and friendly staff

Our room smelled strongly like charcoal briquettes all evening from another guest bbqing from a parking space directly under our 2nd floor air conditioner.. Did not dissipate until sometime in the wee hours. TV did not work. No signal. Night clerk came to fix.. got local tv and called it good...it wasn't good for me... local TV is not good. I also asked her if she could smell the BBQ. She said oh yes!... too bad they didn't share the food... Basically a complete lack of understanding on how these things were negatively impacting our stay. Did not offer any solutions.

Unfortunately we had no options for breakfast which was one of our main reasons for reserving. The hotel was overwhelmed with guests and the poor person handling food could not keep up.

Our eyes burned in our poolside room from the chlorine, but loved being poolside! Cool setup.

Great breakfast, very nice kitchen staff.

We love the slide and pool area, which is why we stayed there. Keep up the pool area, and you’ll always have business!

Never again would I stay at this location.

Breakfast and location was good

Pool and hot tub closed the day of my arrival. No prior notification. No option to cancel due to reservation being made through booking.com.

Pleasant

Loved the pool for the grandkids

Staff was inattentive many many many rules broken at the pool including a group of 20 playing card with food and drink. I'm pretty sure we were the only ones with wrist bands, they weren't offered upon checking we went and git them. Groups of up to 10 kids doing a "train" and going down the slide at one time. I had to tell a teenager to stop hitting my 4 year old in the head with a basketball (it wasn't on purpose but the 4 year old had to be in the shallow end and he was throwing it from the deep end) after the 3rd time I told him to stop or we were going to have a pretty. The next morning the hot tub wasn't working because I guess some guests got in it at 1am while drinking and knocked the chemicals out of wack. The maintenance person got it going quickly. It caused more work for him. And alot of kids in the hot tub. I think the sliding glass doors need to be lock from the pool side at 10 pm. For safety as well small children could open the doors and go out while their parents aren't watching or sleeping soundly.

Nice folks, clean room, they do daily room cleaning.

Breakfast was awesome. Much better than most free breakfasts.

The hot tub was under repair and unavailable.

it wasn’t a good stay.

nothing this visit

hot tub wasn’t up and we called about it before staying, people next to us were up party all night and we woke up to them having sex (could hear everything through the wall, breakfast was too crowded, checkout use to be noon now it’s 11, font desk doesn’t know all her staff. cobwebs in corner even on the dresser/ tv stand. toilet paper wasn’t changed out from and empty roll, we have to ask for a microwave then they made us set it up and when we did it still didn’t work.
