Non existent, we got to the room realizing how gross it was and left and found a new place to stay.

There is nothing that was likable at this hotel.

The hotel was gross. We got to our room looked around at how dirty it was after waiting 2 hours for the room to be cleaned. Ants everywhere, floor sticky, I felt gross just walking out of the room. We packed our things and found a new hotel down the street.

They worked with me to bring my animals and 2 grandparents to visit family.

A lot of movement. People were clearly smoking, drinking, and yelling from windows. Didn’t scream safest environment but it served its purpose.

Leaving for another hotel

No hot water for 4 +weeks. Different lies about resolutions everyday. After contacting corporate for a remedy , was told if I didn't like it to move out. Corporate refused to acknowledge the problem much less offset cost to guest. Still took in new guest WITHOUT INFOMING them that there was NO HOT WATER. CLAIMED IT WAS LUKE WARM ...but only at 3 am.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!

The location was near EVERYTHING, NOT TO MENTION WALMART. I love hotels less than 15 mins from Walmart. Waffle house, ABC (liquor), gas stations and if you like nasty Bojangles;all are less than a 10 min drive from hotel. The staff was beyond amazing, my key was ready soon I stated my last name. The hotel Manager was on-site and greeted me by first name. The facility was clean clean. Ill be back!!!

The bell hop carts need to be replaced asap. I was better off carrying my own bags 🎒.

astonishing, never experienced anything like it. and I have seen hundreds of hotels, but never this bad.

the staff at the front desk was very helpful as was the management

smelled like marihuana, drug addicts in the hallways and with me in the elevator, police on the scene frequently

Never disappoints

I have stayed here multiple times as a contract worker who is working in the area. This place is always clean and the staff is friendly. It is a bit like staying in a hostel in another country. It is safe and clean and comfortable with good water pressure and a tv that works. The room temperature is controlled easily and there is a full refrigerator and stove plus a microwave in every room. What more could you ask for?

Elevators smell like weed. This is not a problem, but rather an observation. That that to mean whatever you wish. Namaste

No trash cans, no coffee maker, had to ask for towels, bed was hard and the room had a funky smell to it.

Excellent short getaway.

Clean cool room. Exactly what I needed. Having a fridge is nice.

I came to relax, but the staff tends to be very pushy in the morning. Multiple knocks on the door well before check out time. It made me really tense. No "Do not disturb" signs.

there was no shower curtain, no pillow cases on pillows, the gentleman at the front desk was friendly. The dumpster trash could be seen and trash bags were on the ground.
