Very disappointed! Two strikes against the hotel in 24 hours

Cleanliness of the room

They overbooked, was made the reservation a month in advance but they did accommodate us, housecleaning staff cleaned my son’s room but the housekeeper took my son’s phone charger, they never contacted me about it, we had to go out and purchased another one, we took care of the problem not the manager

Very good

Very close to the venue our daughter was racing at. We had a room right by the exit which was great with pets.

Thought it was different that the kitchen wasn't stocked.

overall very nice for a money you pay

the property is very clean, has kitchen that you can cook,everything was perfect

didn’t like that there was no hair dryer in my room and that I had to ask for coffee maker ,wasn’t in a room at time of arrival not really nice when you want a coffee and then has to go to reception to ask for a coffee maker .

Definitely will return

Exceptionally close to where I needed to be, walking distance to St Peter's RecPlex. Excellent, fun bar nearby called mascots. The staff was overly accommodating. Clean, enjoyable stay!

Parking lot was a little small, slight difficulty locating the hotel coming in at night. Bathroom was a little small, it was difficult to actually enter the bathroom and close the door behind you.

You get what you pay for. Good price for basic, clean/comfortable.

Excellent location for my personal requirements. Very quiet which I did not expect based on other reviews. The room was clean (that's all I ask). Staff very friendly.

The alleged breakfast was terrible. There was a small table in the lobby with coffee/hot water (coffee was hot and delicious), There was a bowl of dried Protein Bars that were better suited for wildlife and a few chocolate muffins. There was NO HAIR DRYER in the room (not sure if they had any upon request). Again, I read the reviews and saw the warning, so whoever posted that, thank you. So, don't forget to pack your hair dryer.

Ac worked well that's about it

Upon arrival you have 2 drunks/druggies in lobby arguing over money, no one paid attention to those trying to check in, it was definitely subpar. I wouldn't stay there again. Bath rooms were sticky, and entire hotel smells like smoke and weed.

Very accommodating— highly recommend as a basic but comfortable place to stay

Staff was exceptional, providing everything we asked for quickly and cheerily. We noticed no outside noise. Full sized fridge made it easy to prepare our food.

It was great location!

The location was great! I was within 15 minutes of everywhere I needed to be.

I didn't like the floor in the elevator or in my room. It could have used a wax job as I was not really sure how clean it was.

it was perfect for our short visit with our new puppy.

Location is great - close to I-70. Dog friendly. Staff was super friendly (Shelly at front desk). They were recovering from serious water damage which made for dust and construction activity but really not a big deal.

There was no ice machine (there is a full size fridge/freezer in room but no ice was ready) so we were without ice for awhile. It is an older hotel and could use some updating.

Very poor

There is a gentleman named, Payton, he was exceptional. He is what made the stay excellent.

The hotel had a flood 4 weeks ago. I arrived at 10-10:30 pm. I feel as a courtesy they could have let us know in advanced of how bad the flood was. There were no extra rooms elsewhere, however; if known in advance I could have made reservations elsewhere. This was terrible a flood equals mold and mildew smell. They had holes in the floor covered by cardboard and tape. Caution tape everywhere. They do not clean the rooms only if you stay longer than 7 days. I was not happy.
