When me and my fiance went to heat some food up in the microwave it was dirty like someone had recently spilled somethin

they had a lot of nice restaurants around

the property itself wasnt very clean

The stay here is always relaxing the housekeeping staff is amazing they are very attentive

Mrs Jo and Mrs Tina are always amazing at the front desk they always welcome you with a smile 😊 and the night shift is also awesome Mrs Chanel and Neil always checks on me and my family making sure our stay is comfortable YOU ALL ARE AMAZING THANKS FOR THE HOSPITALITY !❤️😊 I can’t forget the house keeping staff those lady are Rocking it at The REDROOF INN Mrs Tracy ,Mrs Tiffany and Mrs Sandy y’all keep this place looking and smelling good ITS ALWAYS A POSITIVE VIBE

There’s only one elevator that works and I wish there was another floor for laundry

The staff, cleanliness, always very accommodating.

The only complaint for my stay was the pillows. The pillows were hard and flat this stay. I’m a regular returning customer and usually the pillows are comfortable. I’ll still return for my next stay in Jacksonville, FL!

Worth the price wish the amenities would have been better though!

The room was spacious and clean! The bed was super comfortable

The pool was closed by 9pm. Being on vacation I would have liked to enjoy the pool and when I asked if we and two friends could go in and just sit at the tables inside the pool area the front desk person told us no. There's no where outside to be able to just relax and enjoy the outside. Basically it's at their discretion as to when they close the pool. They get away with closing it whenever by stating the pool closes at dusk!

We came into town for a dance competition and we enjoyed our stay with the Red Roof Inn.

The location was perfect for the weekend visit. There was plenty of food choices and shopping as well, The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Ms. Mallet in the front office was super kind and makes good morning coffee.

The only issue I had was due to my mistake. I put myself in a pet friendly room and myself and my sister both have allergies to most animals. But once I addressed it with the front desk she very quickly changed our rooms. The problem was solved!

Disappointing after a previously good stay

Location is great. Right off I-95, within minutes of downtown, beaches, shopping and sports facilities. Very quiet, no traffic noise. Multiple restaurants nearby, some within walking distance. Price fits the facility.

We stayed at this hotel several years ago and we’re impressed, so we booked here again. Unfortunately, things have changed. Hotel needs a MAJOR deep cleaning. On check in, lobby smelled like a wet dog. The facility is all non-smoking, but every evening the lobby smelled of cigarette smoke and marijuana. Elevators trapped the smoke/marijuana odors. We were on 5th floor so the smoke smell was not there. Room appeared clean initially. Sink, toilet and bathtub were clean, but that was all. Stains on the laminate floors, walls and bedspread. Furniture had dirt in corners and what looked like dried spills. Dirt and fingerprints on all doors. Ceiling paint in bathroom was peeling and above the bathtub was what looked like black mold starting. Shower curtain had soap scum and mildew. A/C worked well, a little loud. Did not walk in room with bare feet!! And, to top off our stay, housekeeping started banging on doors at 7:30AM…check out is 11AM! Then at 8AM, they started pressure washing the building!

won’t go back due to unsafety issues, next time rather pay more for better stay.

had to look for housekeeping for more towels and extra pillows as to what front desk told us to do! ask a few time for towels but pillows never came , side door never lock! twice someone put branches to keep door open , not safe!!! and always someone outside and in car in parking lot smoking weed.

Never again!

The hotel had roaches. The first night some guests were talking loudly for hours at 1:00am in the morning and the desk clerk did nothing to resolve. The elevator broke mid-way through the stay and the maintenance technician had to self-operate it. When he took too long I had to walk young children up 3 flights of stairs which was super inconvenient.
