Great motel

I lived how clean the manager kept it. He worked along side his house keepers making sure everything was clean. He was friendly and courteous. The motel was 1 block from the boardwalk. Dunkin donuts was on the boardwalk near the hotel. That was a plus.

That the need frames were boxes on the floor. Edges of mattress dipped a bit and we had to sleep very close to keep on the box where it was more comfortable

The room didn't feel clean. Fixtures and fittings were ancient. They had the fridge, tv and microwave in the same location but only one outlet so you had to decide what didn't really need to be plugged in

Location to boardwalk was great.

Bathroom door did not close at all as handle was broken. Freezer needed to be defrosted.. Old soap left in the shower from previous guest. Manager on duty was rude when there was no parking for us in the lot one night.

Right next to the beach, food, and attractions. Decent pool.

Room was facing the pool and parking lot which was really loud. The towels in the bathroom had various hairs on it (YUCK!). The bathroom vent fan was extremely noisy. The bathroom also had a funky mold smell. Room was very outdated and details needed to be cleaned.

Dirty and dingy yuck.

Location was very convenient, right next to the boardwalk.

The sheets in our room weren't clean. There was hair and sand in them. Seemed like the room hadn't been cleaned at all before we got there. Front desk guy made it seem like getting us clean sheets was going to be an impossible task. Whole place was dirty and dingy.

I enjoyed my stay and would definitely book there again!

Staff was very helpful & friendly. It was a great location, very close to the boardwalk & hotel had a pool.

Thought we would receive housekeeping. I had to ask for towels & toilet paper when I ran out.

If you’re looking for low quality but a decent price kinda close to the boardwalk this is your hotel

Pretty close to the boardwalk and the staff was super friendly.

The rooms were incredibly dated, lots of mold can be seen, room smelled like urine, curtains were filthy, pillows were incredibly flat and hardly useful at all. Made sleeping absolutely HORRIBLE.

Exceptional

I was overcharged on my balance due with no explanation of the forty some dollar overcharge. I paid it anyway but will not book through booking.com again since the motel would not accept the balance due on my receipt. If they would have given me some explanation of the extra money I would have been okay. I also had to go to another location to pay the balance due.
