Horrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They refused to refund my money after I went to take a shower and reported HORRIBLE conditions and hair in the shower. I jumped out dressed and left immediately. I was there barely 30 minutes. They say because I used the soap to wash my hands after encountering such horrible conditions that I can’t get a refund. I used the towels to try and wipe clean to possibly stay but could not. The lady was extremely RUDE and didn’t even ask why I wanted to check out after 30 mins of being there. She said I was there longer but the key didn’t work the first time so I had to go back to the front.

the circuit blew while trying to get ready, and then the TV wouldn’t come back on because they have it wired with the front door switch

great location. bed was comfortable and room was serviceable. I took exception to the clerk announcing my room number wh

location was convenient to highway, shopping and the Mayo Clinic

the clerk who checked me in insisted on announcing my room number to tell me where to go. even when I asked him not to in the essence of safety as other as were in the lobby he repeated that people saw who was checking in and there would be no safety issues. as a woman checking in I can’t think of a worse answer or practice.

Ok for last minute trip, but if you have time to plan I’d suggest staying elsewhere

good location, quiet

staff was not very friendly at all, we had several issues at check in and check out and they threatened to not let us stay there again because they had an issue with our payment, even though it had already left my bank account. just very unprofessional. Room was dirty, we found a dirty sock on the bed when we were checking for our things upon leaving. Bathroom was nasty upon arrival but we didn’t even bother reporting it, didn’t want to deal with the front desk staff.

Memorable

The pillows were comfortable. The bed was comfortable

I was right by the office and stairway. I didn't feel safe in my room and propped a chair under the door handle as added security. I kept hearing a squeaky door open on and off throughout the night. I said a prayer and was able to sleep.
