It was somewhere to stay.

The location was great since it was around so many options for eating out and shopping. There wasnt too many disturbances in the neighborhood or complex.

The place smelled like mildew and mold, lights weren’t working, tv connection went out within a few days, and there were cockroaches. It was left dirty when I came in, my shoes were sticking to the floor and a lot of grime build up everywhere. Didn’t provide any utensils, cooking items, and the stove didn’t work properly at all since only one burner worked and you only had one heating option which was max heat because the dials weren’t properly set.

Horrible Valentines night!

Staff was nice. Location close to freeway and restaurants.

Where do I begin. We arrived to a mold smelling room with a hole in the wall and a note saying go to the office. They moved us to another room that was non smoking when I reserved smoking. My mate called and they brought an ashtray. Smelled like extreme bleach but the floors were dirty with dead roaches. Once it started getting dark there were roaches crawling everywhere. I kept my shoes on and afraid to put our dinner down anywhere. Roaches on table, nightstand, tv stand and crawling in and out of ac unit. The toilet barely flushed then took forever to fill. Kitchette had no pots, utensils .Great valentine's day for us, not! Woke up to no water the next morning. Then when it finally came on, the toilet ran constantly. Everything felt dirty and faulty. Ruined Valentine's day for us. Had the nerve to ask if we were extending our stay. We left an hour before check out.

Close to stores and restaurants

Drug infested, roaches crawling everywhere, housekeeping doesn’t clean well and the sign says extended stay but it isn’t. Was a freeze outside and the heater never worked, card didn’t work the next morning for me to get bk in my room and no one is ever in the office at night. Please do better

Nothing really. I had to pay a deposit for dishes that were already supposed to be there and then didn't get it back. Drug infested. Literally people passed out on drugs sitting in front of their rooms. Could not let my grandchildren outside at all.

Name it and pictures on the internet are very deceiving.

Traumatic

There was no breakfast and no ice machine. They only gave soap bars and limited on towels. There is no pool. The staff has attitude problems and not around. And the people staying there seem like they are coming out of drug rehab. The place is infested with cockroaches. And the bed spread had burn wholes.

At First I have an issues with the property. But the manager Diane and her staffs was very on top of it. I love it here now. Thank you.

The parking was not clean. Trash needed to be pick up in the morning.

I asked for non-smoking room and smells like someone been smoking in it. Also had roaches in the bathroom and around the refrigerator

Was missing 4 light bulbs, smoke detector beeped every 5mins, surfaces so dirty I had to clean all of them. Roachs so bad my husband went and bought spray and staff didn't care when we said anything about it. Will not be returning.

The location & it was quiet. That's it.

BEWARE. TURN AWAY. DON'T STAY HERE. When I got there, I looked around. Open the freezer, a cockroach came out the freezer. Yes... The freezer. When my husband and I were asleep, we felt something crawl over us. They were cockroaches. When I got up in the morning and went to the bathroom... You guessed it, a cockroach crawled out from the sink. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE EVER AGAIN.

not a damn thing

it smelled like the year 1975 and had roaches that was from the year 1875. I felt scammed from the picture I saw. I been in a motel before but got damn this was janky as hell on my soul
