It was great as long as I stayed inside of my room. I wish they would at least give you utensils inside of the room inst

The room had roaches got offered 2 different rooms one was dirty and had a smell to it unfortunately it was almost 2 am otherwise would have gone somewhere else...the only other room had a pullout bed that we couldn't use because had some sor of stains which looked like blood the King size bed wasn't comfortable at all and made noise like a blow up bed def not satisfied and not staying here ever again...staff was somewhat helpful

Nothing.

When I reached to the hotel , no one was present in the front desk and I waited there for 30 minutes and called multiple times in their number, no one responded. ultimately I have to leave and I have paid without even staying there. As of now I am unable to register a complaint because I am settling down in a new town and did not get time. But I am very much upset with the service provided for which I have to pay for nothing.

The room was big and in Fair Condition because I reserved the big one for 5 people. I needed 3 beds.

Check in is too early and I spent 1.5 hours waiting for Check in at 2:30 am. No Breakfast, they put coffee without cups, I found cups and no cream was empty is a Fake BK and some cereal bars.

The most horrible experience I've ever had

location

Elevator to my side of the building was out of order. The room was filthy. The amenities that were advertised were not available. The microwave didn't work.

Nothing I asked for was available. Had to move to another location. And pay another check in fee. I didn't get my refund of $238+. I was refunded only 119.00. Who is responsible for the balance of my refund?

Location and the front desk lady

Cockroaches and spiders in the room. Didn't have any blankets for my daughters bed and they froze that night, super loud fridge where we thought it was an earthquake. Room was very gross.

Staff will not be able to let me in even when I call in advance let them know about the hurricane

Staff should be able to accommodate late arrivals when out of control situations (hurricane IAN0 was preventing me to arrive to location ( I was driving) I call them three times and no one was able to help. BEWARE, there is a system glitch between Booking.com and the hotel, therefore unable to receive cancellations.

Good, safe, comfortable place to stay overnight or a few days while medical appointments.

Breakfast very acceptable. Room pleasant and comfortable and clean. No rush to vacate. Hungry teenage boys were happy with breakfast.

I was happy with beds made properly. Lovely comfortable silky feeling ultra white sheets. I can not think of anything that I was disappointed with. After all, I did not expect the Taj Mahal.
