Gross!

The petite lady at the front desk working nights with the blonde and purple hair was the nicest, friendliest person ever.

The rooms were infested with roaches. The room next door had obviously been broken into with a battering ram by a SWAT team which didn't make us feel safe. The whole place was ghetto.

A real Sh** Hole

Location only.

Slow check in. Took employee 15 minutes to show up as quests were piling up while I had to wait outside. Visible and open illegal drug use on property. Severe cigarette smoke smell in room of a facility represented as being no smoking. Obviously not enforced. I had to vacate early due to allergic reaction to smoke and inability to sleep. Some kind of liquid bubbling up through spaces in floor covering. Cigarette burns in sheets. Excess stains on sheets.

Why would this facility be listed on Booking.com?

Room was not clean when I arrived. Due to the look of the property, I had low expectations. What I did not expect was the roach infestation. I was forced to put my luggage in large trash bags to prevent roaches from getting into my clothes.

No roaches, clean room with operable features. Refrigerator leaked, light over the cooktop did not work, and bathroom sink barely had water pressure coming from the faucet.

the bed bugs, the cockroaches in the bathroom, the bugs on the walls, the dirty floor, the fact the bathroom door locked itself and we couldn’t use it anymore and when we told reception they did nothing about it, the neighbours shouting/kids running around till 3/4am and dogs barking till 3/4am

Nothing..... absolutely nothing .

It was absolutely HORRENDOUS. The elevator was broke and of course they put us in the top floor.....(mind you, I have severe pain from fibromyalgia and it was hard to get up and down the stairs....especially with bags!The floor was dirty and my shoes stuck to the floor literally in the entire room, including the bathroom. , There was hair all over the room, bed, floor etc. It had baby cockroaches on the walls, mostly in the bathroom but a couple elsewhere. There was an inch gap between the door and the floor...you could see outside. The door looked like it had been kicked in a few good times. I locked the door and was able to push it open without a key. I had to beg for more than one towel even tho they knew there was a few of us staying. Had to wait for the towels for over an hour. Never did get washcloths. No garbage can. Wifi didn't work no matter what you did. The shower floor was cracked and peeling. There was a fork laying on the counter from a previous guest and one under the bed closest to the door. When I told the housekeeper that the room was unclean, she argued and stated that she just checked the room herself and nobody stayed in the room the previous night. After stepping into the room and sticking to the floor, she then promised to come back right away to mop. About an hour later the lady from front desk came up and mopped. The water was black....it was so dirty I gagged. The front desk lady said she would b back in about an hour to mop it again, but never showed up of course. The room then smelled like cats had peed all over in it. It's was absolutely disgusting. They should be embarrassed. Because it was new years eve many other hotels had no vacancy, not to mention there were no other hotels near us and Uber had left.....otherwise I'd have NEVER EVER STAYED AT THIS LOCATION. It needs to be knocked down. This hotel is the worst I've ever been to in my life.

Had crickets in the tub 2 nights straight and roaches were crawling around. I killed 2 on the wall and on the table. Totally disgusting.

It was roaches everywhere not kidding and it’s sad cause they have so many sketchy people working there that will bang on your door at 10pm about stuff that should’ve been handled at 3pm( check in time) but when you tell them about the bugs they act like nothing is going on and it’s perfectly normal for a roach to be stuck inside the glass in the microwave just trifling all together! if I could leave a circle with no expression I would, I understand with everything the people are facing from the economy and still financially recovering from Covid it’s hard but this should be your LAST resort honestly. They literally have meth heads running the office and it’s obvious they don’t care about you at all! This place has mites and bed bugs I moved the curtain and bed bugs went everywhere mind you they normally hide and are not visible this place is a whole health code violation the roach and bug infestation is sickening! If I could offer a better place for people to stay I would this whole building needs to be bulldozed over. Pictures are 10000% deceiving as well and the room is the size of a cubicle

There was always some guy beating up his girlfriend. The police ride through often. Refrigerator wouldn't stay closed and all my food went bad

Never Again

I liked the location.

I did not like that the rooms were unkempt. Upon entering the room I noticed immediately it was not as clean as it should have been. I was very unhappy the bathroom sink was clogged and took three days for maintenance to unclog it! I was highly disappointed I had to deal with roaches throughout the stay!!
