Loud obnoxious facility with unhelpful staff.

It wasn't much that was likeable at the hotel.

Upon entrance into the room we were greeted with annoying obnoxious dogs in the next room that did not stop barking the whole time we were there.. They kept us awake for two nights straight and we left a hotel extremely exhausted on a trip that should have been relaxing. Upon check-in we were asked if we would like a silverware and dishes package. I called the front desk at least four times requesting silverware and dishes and was promised each time it would be right up. Nothing was ever done and we ended up having to use the microwave plate to cook our stove top meals and had to use a razor blade to cut our food. Nothing was ever done about the dogs that we had kindly requested that be fed and quited. Nor were the dishes that we had been promised ever delivered. The neighbors that owned the dogs were extremely rude when asked to quiet them for a little while.. I believe we should receive at least at 50% returned and if not that then a 66%refund.. I suppose we could agree with at least one day comoped in a much nicer hotel that way we can actually catch up on our rest. This was a nightmare of experience. Sincerely, John Shemadeka

Could not eat breakfast because i had to fast for a medical procedure, can't give you feed back on that. Room was great

Staff was nice. Location made sure they did save me a downstairs room, which was appreciated.

Refrigerator barely kept stuff cool. My coffee maker leaked all over but all minor things. It was overall a nice stay

it was fine, not horrible, should probably wouldn’t stay here again.

close to everything , spacious room.

kitchen with nothing in it. no cups, coffee maker nothing at all except fridge and microwave. couldn’t even make hot water. people that seemed to be “residents” that had an obnoxious amount of pot smoke permeating up to our room. booked and paid for a double full room and got a single king.TV remote did not work. gross hair and crumbs in bathroom.

The experience of the room. Bed was still unfolded and there were hairs on it. So we changed rooms and same results as the first one and door wouldn't open at first. And receptionist super rude. Our stay was for 2 nights but we didn't end up stay neither night. I would really appreciate a full refund.

Cabinet doors in bathroom were broken the tub caulking was nasty looked like it was done by a child.front door was ajar all night it wouldn't close properly people hanging out in parking lot made me so uncomfortable I left at 10 pm and went home

Quiet enough. Reasonably clean Reception staff seemed competent.

Towel rack fell down. Changed rooms due to broken AC. Never saw any sign of housekeeping in 8 days. Breakfast lousy.

Wouldn't stay again.

I appreciated having a 2 burner stove and refrigerator so we could cook in our room.

The breakfast was a snack bar with no juice, milk, fresh fruit or other protein. Basically a grab and go, which doesn't come close the breakfast included as advertised. We had to go get our dishes for the kitchen after being told they would be delivered. There was no dish soap or dish cloth. We had to improvise. Streaming options were limited and we had to stream from our computer. The room was very small and humid. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

Overall was decent for the price would stay again for a single night.

The location was nice, bed was pretty comfortable, shower was okay, heating/cooling was good and had decent breakfast options.

I think what could be better is the cleaning the bed had small stain on end and the TV remote felt greasy.

for the same price i paid, i could have picked different, quality hotel.

Location was good. closest to Tualatin Hills Aquatic Center. close to shopping/food. staff when they are there were kind. but few occasions, they were not the lobby even when service ring was pressed, no one showed up or took 5 minutes before showing up.

Not clean. floor is dirty, no amenities, must ask for them at the lobby and carry them to your room. late checkout is only 1 hour from normal checkout. breakfast is only coffee and bars. they may have had others, but basket were empty and not refilled.
