Annoyed

Location is convenient.

They don’t clean regularly. No one is ever at the front desk. Certain staff are friendly, others have an attitude. House keeping never came to give me new towels and sheets but they came knocking on my door at 10:45am the day I was supposed to check out of my room. Very annoying to say the least.

convenient location, easy access to free way and amenities. In general, it’s clean and doesn’t smell, given that it’s allowed slight cooking in door. has a microwave, stove and refrigerator

it may be helpful to have some sort of instructions how to operate the AC/Heat. as there are two separate controls, one is on the unit itself (disabled I believe) and another is on the opposite wall which I was not aware until the next day

Liked having the microwave and fridge.

Wood Floors were dirty. My bare feet were black from them.

Clean hotel and good location

Good location (nearby shops, restaurants, bus and tram), clean, have washing/drying machines, personnel helped with my problems fast. At first days, I would say, wifi is bad as for Ukraine, but now I see it’s very good as for Silicon Valley. The hotel did their best. It’s just terrible internet everywhere around, and mobile internet is unavailable in half of Silicon Valley territory.

Ok for a one or two day stay. Good location!

Room was very quiet . Bed was very comfortable.

Shower was not cleaned very well. Bathroom fan knob was broken off. Blow dryer did not work.

Horrible experience.

The lady at the front desk was helpful.

I had checked in earlier in the day and came back at night after hanging out with my family. However my room would not open after multiple attempts and new cards being issued. This lasted well over 30 minutes and we had to get a separate room instead with some of our items locked up in the first room. Maintenance was called and about an hour later we were able to get our items back. This was a horrible experience. Then, when we got to the new room, the blinds couldn’t even close all the way too, so there really was no privacy at all. Horrible experience and will not be booking with this chain anymore.

Kitchenette, quite a modern design of the room, spacious room, breakfast better than in some other American inns

Pillows, the ac was quite loud and we could only open the window roughly 3-4 cm ajar which was not enough to get any fresh air during the night

Needed a place to stay for 5 days while work was being done on my house. This hotel fit the bill!

Great location. Room was very quiet and not noisy at all!

Breakfast was already cleaned out pretty much by 8am. Didn’t seem like there was much of a variety anyway!
